I got charged 100 dollars of labor to install windshield wiper blades when getting my RV inspected. Ridiculous! Avoid.

For the second time since I purchased my trailer, the switch for my trailer pullout went dead. A fuse problem. The awesome tech at EL Carpenter saw a design problem with the fuse box close to the back hitch near the battery box. With some innovating thinking, he not only replaced the highly damaged fuse but got to the root cause so it doesn't happen again. Thank you Cheney!!!

I had a problem with no electric in the RV. I thought i could fix it myself on my through Pennsylvania. I was wrong and was desperate for an rv repair shop. I googled this place and they had me fixed in 20 minute . Then he fixed.the propane on the fridge and a charging problem from the truck to trailer. Great price too!

Super helpful and nice. He came to where I was to do the repair, which was really helpful since I had a gas leak, and when I had questions after he left, he was happy to answer them and reassure me! This was mid-COVID and he arrived in a mask, which was truly appreciated.

We wanted to have the MorRyde 4000 installed on our 2018 Arctic Fox Travel Trailer and had an appointment with another repair place. Do to a mix up in scheduling they were not able to do it as scheduled We found E.L. Carpenter's number and my husband called and spoke to Chenney made the appointment and within the time frame the job was completed. We are thrilled with the job and with the guys at E L Carpenter. They are honest, fair, professional and knowledgeable. We found a gem.
