If this location could give a “no stars” then I would have chosen that option.-Director is simply impossible to reach in person, over the phone, and sometimes through email.-Little to no professionalism-Was given a spot for my child to start 2 months prior only to be informed a week out that he wouldn’t be able to be given care due to staffing and in a panic luckily found another place that could take him in such a short notice. Just a little frustrating because if feel like I wasted money (due to a no refund policy)All and all if you can avoid this place DO!Much better daycares in the surrounding area that are a MILLION times better. *promise*

I have two children (infant and preschool) enrolled at this center and could not be happier with the care and education they receive. The Director is kind, interactive with families and an excellent communicator. The teachers are consistent and many have been there over ten years, several over thirty! The center also does special holiday events and things like magic shows, cooking classes and dinner for families :)

I just have to say this place is outstanding!!!! They really know what they are doing with the kids! It’s well organized and they actually teach them. My son and I are so great til we found them I can’t imagine there is a better school out there.

We had a bumpy road with previous management, but now that they have a new director and assistant our experience has been more than satisfactory! All the staff at Downingtown KinderCare is very friendly and helpful. My kids enjoy the center and we hope to continue there for many years to come!

My daughter has been at KinderCare in Downingtown since she was 1.5 years old and we have nothing but positive things to say about the center, the teachers and director. My daughter has had so many great experiences here and loves her teachers and her friends. Right now she has Ms. Krishna as her 4 year old teacher and she loves her! What I love about KinderCare:1. Great teachers!2. The app: I love that we have the app that shows photos and videos from throughout the day, it is super cute to see her playing with her friends.2. Quality education and play: I already feel my daughter is ready for school to start in September she knows numbers/letters well and is able to write words uses her imagination and the things they do during the day seem to interest her a lot.3. Communication is excellent: Mr. Jeff (as my daughter calls him), The director has been so, so communicative and responsive to every single one of my questions which has been many through this past year of pandemic life.4. Safety and Security: The way they are set up for Covid is thorough and we appreciate all that has been done to make sure our daughter gets the care and safe learning environment needed.

After researching and touring various daycare centers we chose KinderCare Downingtown for our now 3 year old. I found that the infant room set up and teachers aligned with how and who I pictured my child with during the day. While there was a period that I felt turnover was higher than expected, things have remained consistent over the last year and the new hires have been really, very great. We now have two children who enjoy running into "school" every morning and are greeted by smiling faces and teachers excited to see them. I know that my kids are being cared for and are learning throughout the day. You can't put a price on that peace of mind.

I can’t say enough great things about this Daycare.Ms. Adrianna, teacher of the 3 yr olds, is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely passionate & caring and takes great care of all her children(students). My child has learned so much over this past year and absolutely LOVES her classroom. I want to thank her for her dedication to teaching.In addition, Jeff and Rachel (Directors) are also wonderful. They are honest, have excellent communication, and make sure to follow up on any question or issues you have. They make sure the daycare always runs safe and smooth, particularly during this past (pandemic) year.

Our 2 daughters have been going to this location since they were 3 months old. Our oldest is now is first grade and youngest is in pre K at Kindercare. Jeff has been a great addition to the staff as center director. He is very organized and communicates well. The teachers that our 2 girls have experience over the last 7 years have been great. They have prepared them for school, provided great structure to their days and taught them important life skills, all while having fun. We would recommend Downingtown Kindercare to anyone.

I am happy that I switched childcare’s and sent my children to KinderCare it really changed a lot of things , even though my oldest child had his days I am happy that his teacher and staff have patience with him they’re helping him grow as a person and lately his days have been better, they teach my children . I love it there. Thank you to both my children’s teachers and thank you to the staff period and Mr. Jeff for everything!

We feel REALLY lucky to have found KinderCare Downingtown for our two year old. Everything has surpassed expectations. From the director to the staff, everyone has been kind, very communicative, and incredibly helpful. This is great for us parents, but the real reviewer is our two year old- he RUNS into "school" excitedly every morning. He is so happy to be there! It's always stressful leaving your child, but when you see them happy to be at daycare, notice how his vocab is expanding constantly, and he's happily showing us things he learned, that's all we needed to see to know we made the right choice. Having meals provided makes the value even better. When we moved here people had told us how great this location was, now having been there for several months we can attest that the reviews were spot on. We get pictures daily along with updates from the teachers. We love how we feel a part of his day even when we can't be with him. We are very grateful!

My son has attended Kindercare Downingtown since he was 12 weeks old, he is now 5 years old. He has learned so much throughout the years and the teachers and directors are fantastic! Every morning he looks forward to going to KinderCare to see his friends. Both my husband and I work retail and have varying schedules which the center has accommodated with their flexible scheduling and great daily hours. We will be enrolling our newborn in just a few weeks with the confidence that she is going to be in great hands!! Thank you KinderCare Downingtown for all you have done for our family!- Amy B.
