There is nothing to say. Terrible service or more lack of there of. It went from bad to worst over the years. I miss independent pharmacies that got swollen by corporate America.

One of the cashiers lady stole my money . She was an older lady . Could be in her 40s or 50s . Watch out !!! i went to upload $380 on my debit at the cash register and the lady told me to go get my id and she held the $380 in her hand while I ran to get my id . And when I came back . She told me I haven’t gave her all the money to get to $380 . I knew it was strange but I had a lot going on thinking about too much and I was rushing so I gave her $20 more dollars and once I got in my car and drove almost home which I live a hour away I notice she stole my $20 . She was counting my money once I lefted the store to get id which she wasn’t suppose to do that . I noticed the manger and they said they will check the cameras and if they see something they will talk to her .. I don’t like that . She needs to be fired immediately. I worked hard for my money !!!’ Be ware

Simple, you have surgery. They don’t have the medicine you need after surgery. They don’t call you. You get a text saying your script is ready, great. You show up, it’s not the medicine you need, it’s an old med they put on automatic refill even though you keep telling them not to.That is it, if you can wait 2-4 days for regular meds you need this is your place.

I have used this pharmacy multiple times because my insurances forces me to use cvs. Every time the pharmacist is nasty, slow, and not helpful. Some of my scripts I've taken to Costco now and it's the same price without the insurance.

My husband and I were trying to fill a prescription because (despite taking monthly preventative medications religiously), our dog contracted a severe roundworm infection. Our family doctor wanted my husband and I to take something for ourselves as a precaution. The pharmacist was trying to explain to me over the phone that what he called in didn’t exist, but while she was addressing the issue with me, she said, “Ugh, this is SO disgusting.” - as if the issue wasn’t already uncomfortable and upsetting enough. Her comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. This pharmacy also gave me the wrong number of an important antibiotic last year, despite the correct number being listed on the bottle. I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

This is the 3rd time in the last year that this pharmacy has filled a prescription with only half the quantity. Absolutely insane!!!

Not the kindest CVS we've been to! Waited a good time for assist. at self check out. We were def. an inconvenience. Very unhappy employees there. The teens at the Thorndale CVS are the best btw!

This review is for CVS corporate. The actually people that matter at CVS are the people in the stores and pharmacies corporate gives zero care about my health. They care about my money. CVS is not accepting walk one but corporate web site says walk ins are welcome. Just not true. Maybe some CVS somewhere is doing so but I have not a good way of knowing where and of course it's it too far? Screw CVS corporate. They screw over the employees in the stores and the customers that keep CVS from going out of business.

Pharmacy = slow slow slow slow. Thursday afternoon. One pharmacist. 5 people waiting inside, a car at the drive up. I am waiting 10 mins with 2 people in front of me. The pharmacist is not getting anything done. I’m watching him and he looks like he’s working but never accomplishes anything. One poor lady said she’s waiting an hour, the pharmacist started arguing with her. Really?

I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions. The person was very pleasant and I was in/out in less than 10 minutes.

Service is erratic; the bad service is horrid. Losing credit card on file (month after month!), They try to refill med that has been removed from my account, then harass me and doctor about unauthorized refill, and end phone service with hang ups!And all this after 30-45 minute waits in the drive through with only 3-4 cars in front of me, same experience month after month after month. I tried going in, but it was similar, and though disabled, I was chastised for trying to wait in a chair. It took 20 minutes to be greeted in person, though I was chastised by another pharmacy employee in half that time.Today I was told on the phone to leave if I didn't like the service, then hung up on when I asked her name.

Terrible service at this location. The cvs that I was using closed their pharmacy. I had to transfer my prescriptions to this location. It didn't go well at all, I had the doctors office call 3 times and still no results., but many excuses. It's time to change my pharmacy after many years of dealing with cvs . They didn't care at all about customer care as I was out of the medicine for over a month.

DO NOT ASK THIS PHARMACY FOR HELP. My mom has cancer. I've been trying to schedule appointments left and right for the vaccine/ booster. They said they couldn't help but gave me a FAKE NUMBER TO CALL. THE NUMBER, I waited on hold for 10 minutes, somehow transfered me to a Spanish line, who despite using English said they didn't understand, nor could they transfer me to the English line for CVS. Everyone screams at everyone to get vax and boostered but at the end of the day when it actually comes down to caring, they don't. Thanks cvs. My mom's dying and you made sure to push me 2 more steps away from seeing her.
