Horrible customer service. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again 5 years later. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Will order my parts from Amazon in the future.

I really wanted to do business with this place this year... The guy doing the work seems like a decent guy... Just called up to make an appointment, I could not get past the rudeness of the woman behind the phone... Read the other reviews it's the same story.

Shirley and Carl started C&S in 1992 as a family owned mower shop servicing the Downingtown and West Chester region.
