The staff at Bruno's is more like family than business associates.Jeanine at the front desk is a get 'er done kind of person. She wants to make sure your problems are cared for.The top mechanic, Mike is top dog as far as mechanics go.Mike was able to care of two things in short order after two mechanics from other shops couldn't solve the issues.This shop is fantastic!

I've been taking my car to Bruno since the Ardmore days 35 years ago. While Bruno has long since retired, Mike is intelligent and thoughtful, as well as honest. Forget about getting your car serviced at a dealer or a franchised service store...

Bruno is an excellent mechanic, knowledgeable, courteous & upfront with what needs to be done. We were very grateful to have him recommended to us & were presently surprised when our bill was much lower then we expected. I highly recommend this facility for all your car needs!

I had a serpentine belt go on me. Luckily I was at Bruno’s when it happened and they took care of it. Barely a wrinkle in my day. Def. recommend.

I used this service station for several years. My one car got older but the service attendants kept saying fix it you will get many more miles out of this car.This is an old sturdy car. After spending close to 3,000 at Bruno Service Station, three months later at 275,000 miles the car needed yet another repair at 600.00.. I was told fix it you will get another 200,000 miles , this time I didn't listen. Don't be tricked by this service station. I have the car at another mechanics who is going to check the work done or if it was done .After allI was told the parts guaranteed two years. The new mechanic so far told me the car needs another 3,000 dollars of work that is if I paid labor, which Bruno's charge big time by strengthening out Update: The old Lexus has a bad leak and needs a lot of work. Don't trust Bruno's Service Station when they tell you fix it you will get a lot of miles out of it. Wish I hadn't wasted my money at Bruno's Service Station. I stopped for gas at Royal the other day, another man and I got talking about cars and how they look alike. I told him about my older Lexus and my service at Bruno's and he said "I no longer go there". Then I asked him where he went and he told me the service station he switched to. Now don't say you haven't been told if this happens to you. I will update if the work which was supposed to be guaranteed 2 years is faulty when the mechanic further looks at the car. Bruno's service station owes me a refund for misleading me on repairs and over charging for labor.

You can notice someone else complained about the labor time for getting brakes on this site review. I hope this review will help others not to be made a fool of like I was.Can you believe Bruno Service Station was trying to tell me 475,000 I could get out of this car if I did this next repair while I knew they were not repairing the car correctly and the actual needed repairs. I felt they fix one thing or put a bandaid on it and then punctured another part so I would be back in to pay for more repairs. I am saddened that I should have not been taken. At a later date I will update what the new mechanic finds.
