Poor system. I would give them a one but the young men working there were very nice and polite. They are not responsible for the poor system. My daughter made an appt online to replace the battery on her iPhone 12. In the scheduling process , she was asked the model/make of her phone and reason for the appointment. We arrived for the appt and after a short wait someone came from the back and asked what the appt was for today. We told him exactly what was put on the form to schedule the appt. He said he would have to see if they have a battery that fits that phone. They did not. We were told he could order one but the phone would have to be left there until the battery arrived Monday. One, why wasn't the inventory checked before scheduling an appt for a battery replacement which could have saved us an unnecessary trip to the store. Two, why would they need to keep the phone for two days while waiting for the battery to arrive in store? I offered to bring it back Monday once the battery arrived but was told that would not work.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Booked an appt with Geek Bar to help with an Apple issue noting very clearly that "I cannot turn phone on" only to have them take the phone and tell me "we can't help you cuz we can't turn it on". Why on earth do you provide Apple support when your response is "Sorry but we're not able to provide better Apple support". Don't waste your time going here if you need Apple support even though they say they have Apple support. Very frustrating.

will be my last time going to this location, terrible experience. I’m not really sure what value best buy offers anymore, all these products are available somewhere else with better customer service.

Open box in 'excellent', condition comes without cables and manufacturers accessories. By their own definition that makes it an open box 'good' condition. Bottom line is they are attempting to rip off customers. I wanted to explain this to the manager after I understood the policy but she went to the back room to hide, sad state of affairs here.

The workers are nice, BUT Best Buy policies are AWFUL! I've had 2 hoverboards break within a month and I'm told that "it's past the 2 weeks" so in order for me to get my money back or exchange it, I have to spend $50 more dollars for a membership. I've never been so disgusted with a big business as I am with Best Buy. I've only had the second hoverboard for less than 3 weeks and it stopped working. The first one broke within day. Now I have to go through the manufacturer and send it away and who knows what will happen. A $170 product and they say nothing they can do because it's passed 2 WEEKS!!! DO NOT buy from Best Buy stores. I never will again.

I broke my phone and had an appointment to get it fixed. I arrived at my appointment on time and they told me they couldn't do the repair. I am a student who has things to turn in that are only on my phone and I was unable to turn in those assignments because of bestbuy.

When I saw they had one star, my first thought was their score was too high. Horrible customer service from corporate to overseas to local store. I've spent way too much at this location over the years and the 2 month drag on with my TV replacement after purchasing their warranty was a big enough headache to cut ties with this place for good. I can't wait til they join Circuit City and Radioshack and finally end up where they belong.

Experienced some trouble with the curbside pickup (waited 10 mins with no word from the team). Went inside to get more info and was greeted and helped by one of the specialists - James Fessenbecker (Operations Lead). He apologized for the inconvenience, located our item right away (an upright freezer), and he immediately helped us. He carried the item out to our car when we realized it wouldn’t fit in our compact SUV with our newborn in the backseat. I made the decision to head home, drop off my wife and the baby, and head back before closing. James gave me his card and promised to wait for me to return. I arrive about 30 minutes later and he was right there to greet me and help me. Amazing professionalism, customer service, and extremely kind! Thank you so much James!

Horrible tv buying experience! I bought a tv online that came damaged. I went to this store to try and return it and even bought a more expensive one. They said they could not return it to this store because it’s physically damaged and needs to got to a different store. Even then I was like “whatever let’s just go ahead with the new tv.” They scheduled a delivery of 12/12. I work about an hour away and had to make arrangements to be home for the delivery. I called late on 12/11 to check the status only to find out it has to be rescheduled because the warehouse didn’t have it. This was after being on hold for 15 minutes straight! When I asked why I wasn’t contacted they just said they only have Thursday available. I expressed my dissatisfaction( mind you, I never cursed or raised my voice, however I was told not to be rude) and was told only Thursday Friday or Saturday. When I asked why all of the sudden there is now more availability, she hung up on me. I will never shop at Best Buy again!

The customer service representative never ordered the items I paid for. When I arrived to pick up my items I noticed I was some and the gentleman behind the cs desk immediately was offended I was counting the items. After pointing out on my receipt that I paid for the items that were missing the gentleman argued that I did... finally after a Manager got involved and said they were shipping it to my house. I asked for a receipt and gave me a hard time about wanting a gaurantee I would get what I ordered..... terrible customer service. Should be ashamed

Well, comparing to the other reviews, I had a wonderful experience!! Karen was super supportive and friendly the moment she approached me seeing I needed help. So if you want a kind person, ask for Karen. (This is really her name, and she is not what her name holds in pop culture society! Quite the opposite)!!
