Terrible installation service and customer service .cooktop oven was installed wrong on 7/10 /24 and customer service said every time said different story. It was not yet fixed , it’s 2 weeks since wrong installation.

Looks like my experience is not a unique one! I was in the store last night, and was interested in purchasing something out of a case. I let the gentleman know at the front door, and he called someone for me. Fifteen minutes passed and no one came. I looked for someone that could help, but nothing. Waited a little more. I ended up just leaving, but I let the gentleman know at the front door that no one ever showed up. He looked away from his cell phone long enough to shrug and say sorry.
I placed a store pickup order from the parking lot. That's probably quicker than trying to find someone to help in the store. I'd likely still be waiting there for someone to help me two days later. I give two stars because the store has exactly what I wanted and needed, just a matter of figuring out how to actually purchase it!

Second time I got a tallish guy with a beard black and gray fade in both hair and beard and was a complete douchewhistle. Ignored everything I said. Don't know if he's racist or what but he looks at you strange and treats people like they are dumb. This was the final straw. Take my opened merchandise and forever losing a customer of over 20 years who was (before you screwed us members) a top points tier member every year. Now I look forward to the day that you shut your doors for good. The way things are going for you, that won't be long
Update: Out of principle I returned everything I bought and got it elsewhere at a better price anyway. If I'm not valued, sales figures shouldn't matter.
Out of necessity came here. Some oversize tall guy with glasses NOT wearing his name tag informed me that you won't price match on Black Friday. I said that's unfortunate, guess I'll have to go to Amazon. Response, verbatim "We don't care, Next"
That attitude is exactly why you'll be out of business in the next 3-5 years and Amazon has already won.
3 year update. PERMANENT 1 Star.
Complete mess of a store. Manager on Sept, 2 with a beard, completely useless. Said he was going to check for something (4 in stock) for me and never came back. Here he's chatting with staff in TV section. Props however to the guy in computers for taking ownership, apologizing for the manager (how backwards is that?). Ended up not being in stock or they couldn't find it. ##Save your time and money. Buy from Amazon.###
Old: Dropping to 1 Star. My mom was treated so poorly by the manager at this store she called me crying. NEVER EVER will we shop at Beat Buy again. 10+ Years of being Elite Plus customers is now over
Taking our business to Amazon for everything. Good luck to you losers when you lose your jobs to Amazon. You've earned it.

I went into the downingtown PA location today in search of a certain item for cable management and concealment. The Best Buy app said it was available for pickup, I figured that’s ok I’ll drive over and see if it’s what I’m looking for, and shop for a few other things. When I walked in around 2:40pm (06/10/24) was greeted by a man and was asked if I needed help. I said I needed things for cable management. He said I don’t really have much. I said that’s ok I just need this one thing. I showed it to him. His tone changed and he spoke to me like a 2 year old who couldn’t grasp complex ideas yet and said “that says pickup on jun 12th, we don’t have that here.” ….. for one, be more understanding with people. Secondly, if something needs to be delivered to the store IT SHOULD BE LISTED AS DELIVERY. Choosing pickup means it gets picked off the shelf for me and I can have it brought to my car curbside. IT DOES NOT mean I can have it delivered either to my house or to the store to then pick it up. That’s what the word delivery is for. Train your people to be a little nicer when someone expects an in stock item after seeing that it’s available for pickup. All he did was point me to a section with batteries or something and said that’s all he had for cable management??? 1/10 never going to Best Buy again. Better to get things delivered from Amazon.

I can always can trust they have what I need here. Prices are competitive with online sites without the wait or shipping costs. I always prefer to see items in person rather than hoping what I see online is accurate. They also stand behind their products and have good service through their geek squad,

Best Buy and there employees were great. They were knowledgeable in all the information about computers that I was asking about .They transferred all my data from one computer to my new one . Then they helped and trained me on everything I needed to know. Ruch was a great help at the Downingtown store .

I had an appointment with BestBuy for an iphone battery repair. I made the drive all the way there only to be told that despite me making an appointment— they had to double check if the staff member was even available to do my repair. After all of that, I was told that the item for repair was not even in stock and that I had to go to the Apple Store instead. The staff member explaining this to me was nothing but respectful and kind but I’m frustrated that this is the system Best Buy has in place. Waste of gas.

Dillon could not of done his job better. Polite, knowledgeable of product. He took his time to explain everything. Till I felt confident I could use my devices. If I could give more stars I would . He is an assets to your business. I was not a best buy client . I am now . Level of service top tier ? ?
