I use to live in Downingtown and used Lockhart Jewelers for my purchases and repairs. When they closed it left a huge hole in the area. I recently learned from a friend that a couple Jewelers from Lockhart's opened their own shop called Belaro Jewelers! I had to visit. I took a couple of items for repair and to take a look at their inventory. Their prices are very fair and they have a nice selection. This will be my new go to place for all my jewelry needs. Stop by and take a look, you won't be disappointed.

Just fantastic! I took in five old watches for batteries, and they replaced at a very reasonable cost and time frame. And, they fixed a faulty watch strap pin, no charge! This is a wonderful, local, real jewelry store, with some beautiful pieces for sale.

I purchased a watch from an online retailer, and it was a little too snug. It did not come with instructions regarding how to add links, and after googling and watching YouTube videos on how to add links to my ceramic watch (use safety pins, thumbtacks, etc.), I came to the conclusion that I could not do it myself for fear that I would end up damaging an expensive watch I just purchased. I called Belaro to ask if anyone would adjust my watch for me, and the woman I spoke with was so pleasant. I stopped in and showed her the watch, and in as little as five minutes, the woman I spoke with on the phone added a link and it fit perfectly. While I was quite disappointed that the company I ordered the watch from provided no instructions or tools to adjust the watch myself, I was pleasantly surprised that this small business jeweler was more than happy to assist me me, especially because the watch didn’t come from their shop. The woman who assisted me made sure that I was happy with the length and it was very inexpensive. We had a very pleasant conversation and I absolutely plan on returning if and when I ever decide to invest in fine jewelry. Thanks so much for your help!

They consistently amaze me. This is my 4th ring that I have had made and they do an excellent job. They listen to what I want and they deliver! I highly recommend them! They also have a great selection on the retail side as well. A real treasure !

I’m blown away! Becky completely reworked my engagement ring with a larger stone (anniversary gift) and made it look like it was always meant to be there. It was a tricky upgrade because the twisted shaft was very specific but she figured it out and had it done in ONE WEEK. Extremely affordable, as well. I will be back for sure with all my jewelry needs!

WOW! I brought in various sentimental jewelry I wanted to incorporate into a wedding band. Becky was amazing in creating such a beautiful design. My parents wedding bands were sized so I could wear them as well. I was hoping it would be ready in time for my anniversary and Becky did not disappoint. I love walking into this small, local jewelry store! It’s a feel good place, and I don’t want to leave after I complete what I went in there for. The owners are so very welcoming! I believe in supporting the local business owners, and this is a store you need to do business with.

Had to have my wedding set soldered back together and realized after an accident. Belaro did an AMAZING job! You can not tell they were ever cut off and look better than ever! I go here any time I have a problem with anything jewelry related. Recommend to everyone!

Took my mom's ring to another jewelry and they said it couldn't be repaired because it wasn't gold. Turns out it WAS gold, and Belaro was able to help. I won't go anywhere else.

The two owners are passionate and very talented!! I have always been 100% satisfied, be it with my wedding ring or a battery change for my watch(es)! Shop is being completely rehabbed after the devestating flood from hurricaine Ira; cant wait to see the "new" shop!!
