We have been using this vet office in Downingtown since 2016 for both of our rescues. We have had to travel to other Banfield locations when it was urgent. They always are kind respectful and loving towards our furkids. Highly recommend them.

Front desk person is very friendly and helpful. Dr Chen is a great vet and keeps us up to date on our dogs care. The techs are informative and answer our questions about heart flea and tick meds. We have been going to Banfield for 21 years with 3 different dogs.
