“I’m not one to usually write reviews but this one is much needed, I’ve known the Phillips family for over 5 years now from being a past employee to turning into a customer from the the start of my business Mike and Stacy have gone above and beyond to help me out. Phillips Automotive is the true dictionary definition of a small family owned business! Reasonable pricing compared to other local shops and dealers, to easy and up front honest solutions they are truly going to tell you how it is. Mikes not going to just have you throw parts at something if he knows it’s something that can be fixed (very well capable and experienced guy, just check out there social medias and see the true craftsmanship and pride that they take in the work they do)I’ve been referring people to Phillips ever since I have known them, I recently told a family friend of ours to bring in there Honda pilot that the dealership told them needed the following (cats, 02 sensors, motor mount and trans mount) I personally looked at the vehicle and told them that was not the case and to bring it to Phillips as I did not have the time to make the repairs or property diagnose it myself. Turns out the family friend completely forgot to mention that I sent them, but guess what it isn’t necessary when it’s a place you can trust! Mike and Stacey were up front with them and the pilot only needed an 02 sensor! Just like that they saved thousands on the repair bill and we’re not sold useless unnecessary items.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I've only used these guys twice so far but I'm incredibly impressed with them! I recently got hustled by Firestone and my dad recommends this place which, if you know my dad, you know that his recommendation is a golden stamp of approval.
I just got new tires and when I called in I had done my research and found a great tire on their website. When I asked for it, the guy on the other end recommended a less expensive tire with a better warranty and way better tread since I mentioned that I like going to the mountains.
They also checked my alignment for only $100 (I was charged almost $200 at Firestone which is basically what the charged for an actual alignment!) I am definitely going to continue doing business here.”
“Vega is always honest and great. I've been told I needed $1000 of work done somewhere else and I took my car to Vega and they said not even half of that stuff needed done. They always fit us in with short notice for urgent things. They even patched my tire for free once. We've sent friend and neighbors there and they have the same experience. “I recently had my car in after discovering water on my passenger floorboard. I was directed to a body shop by my dealership after they found rust underneath my cowl. Oneill’s did a thorough inspection and discovered that the water was coming through a bad windshield that was put in by SafeLite. Oneill’s stepped in, went above and beyond and provided top-notch service. After completing the work, Oneill’s performed water testing with a hose to ensure that the vehicle would no longer leak water. Lesson learned - never trust SafeLite with a windshield replacement. My car is now much quieter than I remember and Oneill’s has corrected the rust that was found. Thank you to Tommy and Jerry for getting my vehicle in and looked at. Couldn’t have gotten this take care of without you guys!”
