Awesome staff, treatment, recommendation and referral. Took great care, had an X-ray, got a copy and went to the orthopedic practice they referred me to. I was in and out in about an hour or less. I highly recommend.

I had gone to my local urgent care about an issue with my arm and was turned away at the reception area. A friend suggested the AFC Urgent Care in Downingtown. The registration was relatively easy and I was seen by an excellent nurse practitioner. She listened to my issue and checked my arm and shoulder. It was hard to know the exact cause of the problem, but she gave me a prescription to try to alleviate the pain at least temporarily. It seems to be working. Thank you!

They have a call ahead feature allowing you to set an appointment time. This is a plus when trying to minimize waiting, and scheduling your day. Everyone on the staff was polite, courteous, and professional.

Friendly staff. Pretty fast service if you book your appointment online. Only negative is that they don't have wheelchairs available and the chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable. (hence the 4 star review).

Erika was SO wonderful! She was so knowledgeable, personable and kind. She made my experience an 11/10!!!! The ladies at the front desk were also so sweet and helpful. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone!

Erika was my medical assistant. She was professional, kind & compassionate. I was running late for my appointment but the front desk people were so kind & patient with me. All around I fell as though this has been my best experience at an Urgent Care and would 100% recommend.

DO NOT GO to this facility.. i would not recommend this facilty. They dont inform the member if their insurance is being accepted. They charged me upfront the entire visit charge and asked me to dispute it with my insurance company.

I visited the AFC urgent care in Downingtown today. I had fallen off my bike and thought that I might’ve had a broken arm. Needed an x-ray. It was very efficient. I was called in within 15 minutes of my arriving. Erica was very helpful and very friendly and made me feel very comfortable there. I would highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care to go there.

After a 20 minute wait as a walk-in on a Sunday morning I was well attended by a physician who took a fair amount of time to diagnose and explain the treatment for a painful eye infection. He answered all questions and asked several to try and find the cause of the infection. He was friendly and unhurried in his treatment.

10 super professional and friendly staff with the front desk helping me with any and all questions I had. The nurse was very professional and helpful explaining anything I had questions with polite respectful and great experience all around Would recommend coming here if you’re in the Downingtown coatesville area
