BE CAREFUL Icame to Acme to to by chicken which was on sale at 2.99 per lb. I purchased which based on the labels should have been over 20 lbs of meat. I make my dogs food with the chicken which requires me to weigh it. Once I had weighed it the total was slightly over 16 lbs. Yes my scale is calibrated. In this day and age with the cost of everything so high whether intentional or not this is unacceptable. Nearly 20% off the weight so I wonder if this is how they manage to afford putting it on sale. Don't buy the BS I have pictures of both the weight on my scale and the printed labels which I will be forwarding to all the nessacery government agencies. Truly pathetic.

I enjoy shopping there and enjoy the prices but there's one guy that works there that stops me every time he sees me and won't let me leave conversation at all. He even used the phrase "I thought you were dodging me" it definitely makes me feel unsafe as I know as soon as he sees me he's going to track me down. Pretty sure his name is Elijah he's medium skin toned and has glasses and a thing on his face. Sorry I can't come back.

Their produce section is one of the worst organized and unsanitary produce sections I’ve seen. I’ve gotten fruit and veggies that had mold on them and the fruits are in horrible condition more than once.

I had placed an order for delivery on 6/6/2024 #91778447. It was never deliviered by the end of the day and there was never any communication that there was an issue or a delay. The oder was canceled by the rep via chat feature and i still have not gotten the almost 100 paid refuned i contated many times and and all they would say is it will be back in my account on 6/17/2024 and that is today and still nothing. All they had offered was a $20 credit to the account and would not even credit the account the aounnt of the order so i could buy food. This was all due to the fact this store failed to provide a service that i had paid for. It now has been almost 2 weeks since i have been able to buy food and it is funny how a grocery store dose not think food is something people need to survive. I am on a budget and do not have a way to the store so using the delivery service is vital. witht the 20 credit and after fees for sercive and tip i can get $5 worth of food . What world they live in that this is enough for a meal let alone 11 days

Located in Downingtown and closer to Thorndale, I like this location for their nursery section during the spring and summer season. The store is maintained well and has a shared but large parking lot. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly. The checkout is easy. I would expect the bakery to be more but meet the basic needs. The fresh veggies, produce, and flowers are a plus at this location.
