Had an appointment at 5:15pm for a flu shot. I arrive at 5:05pm and hardly any customers. I wasn't walking out of there till 6:05pm. What is the point of an appointment time if even when the store is dead it takes over an hour to get a simple flu shot? Go anywhere else.

The store staff is great! The Pharmacy is HORRIBLE!… They don’t answer the phones and when they do it’s to just hang up the phone on the customer calling making them start all over again. I’ve been calling 2.5 hrs for a refill today and hung up on 4x with screenshots of hold times all over 20 minutes! My wife tried 3x yesterday with the same experience. WALGREENS CORPORATE figure this out for the Dover Community!

Totally lacking in customer service in the pharmacy.On hold for over 20 minutes with no answer except continually being hung up onto stop the phone from ringing. Wish I had had the patience to see how long they would play games with me.

I have akways liked the service here for pharmacy and over the counter products. They always say hello as you pass through the doors.

Make appointments and wait over an hour past appointment times. Pulled kids out of school for shots and then wait all this time. Pathetic!!!!

Jess McKim in the pharmacy should NOT be working around customers. She is EXTREMELY rude. I was rightfully upset that my daughter and I had appointments scheduled for vaccines, only to walk inside and see they are not currently giving vaccines. No one called to let us know, and instead of giving an apology, she gave nothing but attitude and threatened me ( she said "You're lucky I'm behind this glass"). SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Billed my mothers insurance for 2 prescriptions, then claimed their system was down and wouldn't fill them. she is disabled and needed her meds. No other pharmacy can fill because Walgreens already took payment for it. No one answers phones at any location, EVER and staff never knows what's going on. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Ended up having to pay out of pocket a very expensive fee for another Walgreens mess up.

Wallgreens pharmacy employees are untrained, slow and don’t have any clue what they are doing!! Don’t even think about going through the drive through. You will wait 15 minutes just for the car in front of you to move! Every time I go there, there is either a problem with my insurance or they don’t have enough medication. Terrible

I literally cannot stand the Walgreens in Dover. Not once but twice have they treated me like garbage. The first time Emberly my one year old. had a tantrum we left and she left out a shoe any parents whose child has a tantrum just knows that your trying to leave. The entire store watched me and nobody said anything. Okay, sure I don’t expect people so be kind. How we, when she was done in the car I went back for her shoe and the employee’s had already thrown it away along w
