I met with carrie to go over my vehicle and get an estimate. Carrie asked to give her a couple days to get it written up. After 3 days i called and no answer, carrie gets back to me and said to give her another day. This was a week and a half ago. Carrie, you wasted my time by having me wait for you and never reaching back to me. Everyone in the york area, go to Pritz. Way better customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Been 3 months my car still hasn't been touched other then they ripped it apart, being told every 2 weeks in 2 weeks my car will be ready and nothing. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews, or why other cars being brought in are worked on ahead of one thats been sitting. Also they always have a reason that isnt really a reason as to why it's not finished..

I had an incredible experience with Ultimate Auto Body! From scheduling the drop off to picking up my keys, it was seamless. Effortless on my part. But I could see and feel the work Carrie and her team put in. I will definitely use Ultimate Auto Body for any future bodywork and I highly recommend you do, too! I'll try to post before and after of my silver Subaru Forester. They're excellent!
