“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!”

“This place is a lot more than your average auto shop. First, they weren't pushy at all about other repairs. In fact, had scheduled an alignment, and they said I didn't need one. They did catch that my battery was almost dead. They charged me the exact same amount as Advance Auto had listed. For some reason, when we left the parking lot, my window wouldn't go up. Friday afternoon and all the way across town from home. We went back and three of the nicest staff came out. They told us what was wrong. Got it where it wasn't fixed, but it was up and taped it enough to keep water out for awhile. These people were so darned nice. Would have loved to have swapped more old car creative fixes stories.”

“Tires were to be rotated but were not. When I told them they were not rotated, they had said they did. But I have a rim with some scrapes on it that was still in the same spot. That’s how I knew it wasn’t done. Mistakes happen. Maybe they thought they did it and didn’t. Idk. They were very apologetic and completed the work asap.”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”
