Shady vehicle service experience. My beloved vehicle came out of Thornton Automotive worst then when it went in. Things that were working just fine became non-functioning. Forcing me the customer to fix their mistakes/setup so that I can have my car running.

I really appreciate the kindness of extended to me and my husband at this establishment. We dealt with a gentleman by the name of Russ, who is outstanding you and treated us with respect and answered all of my questions. We will up driving away with a beautiful vehicle and we are very pleased with it. I highly recommend this place overall in York, Pennsylvania. I had a few horrors in which I will not mention of other car dealerships that had my jaw dropped to the floor because I could not believe the junk that they were selling. I came into this establishment and it felt like, the way business was done prior to Covid very kind, humble and fully transparent.

I drove from Kentucky to trade my 4 Runner in for a 2021 Toyota Tundra. Brian was great working with my out of state credit union and helped me tremendously. Desiree was my initial contact and helped me via email and text, then Ryan took over from there. He was great as was Wes, the general manager. They totally made my 8 hour drive from Kentucky worth it. My Tundra is awesome!!!
