They were quick to get me set up and the most reasonably priced service in the area which was what I was looking for next to good reviews that there weren't rodents or dampness. When I got to my storage unit that they assigned me, there was no lock on it. Inside was someone else's stuff. I called the unit and in 10 minutes they got me a new storage unit close by and I was ready to go. I appreciate that they valued my time and got it done quickly.
