Never have coffee. Since the old store manager left thus place is just under poor management. From the Store Manager to the Assistant Mgr. They have so many people in here but long lines and no coffee.
A few weeks ago I thought I bought a pork egg roll however it was not. Not sjre what it was. When i weng in to complain they all just kind of looked at me and theb offered my $ back.
Where is Danielle?? She actually cared. Maybe take care of the good ones!

Saw someone named rob complain about the black night shift worker, and he is by far very nice and polite always greeting me, only reason it's not a 5 star is the floors are a little bit sticky

Night shift black guy is very rude and has threatened customers in front of me. I know this because I worked with him. Even on camera in my face he was threatening myself. They said he didn't look like it. But now i just want everyone to know how serious rutters will take u. Not very serious. It's been a min since I worked there, but I still here things about this guy who cheats on his wife.
