Was not happy that my rent went up 2 months after I rented the unit. Plus I constantly have to remove large piles of leaves to access my unit. They made it like I was locked into the price they gave me.

Terrible place mice chewed through my boxes droppings throughout unit. I do not recommend Prime Storage East York Location to anyone.

Disappointed . They said I had to pay my bill on the 21 St and I moved out the next day . It was for this month on 21st to April 20 . So they won't give me any refund . I understand that I have to pay for the for the 21st ,22 of this month but they should give me some of the refund .
