I would like to tell you a little story. We had a gearbox issue, and I looked through all the services. Nobody really responded, and some even hung up without saying anything. However, these guys really helped us, so I'm giving a positive review. They also provide quick service and are attentive.

I've been to Platts twice so far. I've had a very good experience both times. They were friendly, and responsive. They communicated with me and kept me updated on my car's status. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough about Platts! They fit me in immediately & had my ‘check engine light’ issue taken care of a day later. My car has been running wonderfully since! & I plan to call them in the next few days to schedule my inspection. So glad to have found such a solid place close to home ??
