“I had ordered 2 rain coats for my Weimaraner and Viszla, and due to the older dog's long, skinny frame, ended up with a size too large. Despite having to change from my original color preference in order to size down, I received excellent service with quick responses and the replacement coat was shipped out ASAP! And despite being on the West coast, the orders were here very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise! Excellent quality, excellent service, and very personable as well. Would recommend!”

“Our dog Buddy is almost 9 years old now. But when he was a puppy we used My dog needs help. This guy is an amazing trainer. We had small children at the time. One of our children had a history of a dog bite, so we wanted to do training right away with our new dog. They were very flexible and gave us many options for training. He even came to our house a few times so he could help us with our son in the dog’s own environment. He taught us how training a dog is really about training the owner and he was right. Our Buddy is still very well behaved and a beloved member of our family and we owe it all to my dog needs help. You may ask why I am leaving this review so many years later..... I actually was recommending a friend to him and saw that they only had one average review. I had to change that because this trainer is definitely above average.”

“This is the place for lawn and garden fertilizers. Agway has what the box stores and garden centers are saying they don't have due to a "national shortage." Agway even bagged up a 5 lb bag of phosphate for me because I did not need the 50 lb bag they had on the shelf. All employees were attentive and more than accommodating to customers in the store. Terrific customer service! Thank you!”

“When I came into the store all I heard was puppies barking. No people, just precious barks! I walked back to an employee who was working in one of the reptile cages with a question about the e mail I received about the black Friday deals and 25% off. She admitted to not knowing so she paged her manager to come assist. The manager arrived prompt and helpful. I was able to grab what I came for and proceed to check out. I used my digital coupon. Both staff I encountered were nice.”
“Tractor Supply's late night guys Mathew and Fletcher on the register are great! Mathew help me find a certain dog food quick and even loaded it into the cart for me!!! 5 Stars... Good help is easy to find late night at Tractor on rt 30!”
“My personal experience: I have the funds the space had the desire for a while. Haven't had a dog in a long time. As I would usually want a large dog not fair to them in current house. I don't know any breeders. My circle of ppl is small I'm always working or with the kids. A small dog for the family is a perfect fit (we have a zoo lizards etc) as our new family member. It was very hard for me to find what I was looking for. I know it exists. My lady told me about your store. I recently had a staycation and was like if we get a dog like now is the optimum time. I was hesitant about going to this place. Kudos to the staff it was a crazy day kids everywhere. I saw clean cages and dogs that were taken out for and cared for in turns. I can't help that I would leave a negative review and received a dying puppy with no help but I also understand puppies are prone to illness. After I let the lady play with a few some corgis were more in my price range for actual animal purchase. I love her. She was sent home at 5 1/2 months healthy and up to date vet visits. Staff and manager included were very helpful for advice on first few days. She is responding to training well and is my service dog. While again I can't stress enough I can't speak for the people I've seen on here where their animals got sick but every puppy I saw recently looked good and very taken care of and i feel this place gets bad reviews as a whole. People are real quick to smite pet shops like this and praise breeders when a lot of breeders are trash ppl. I would deff go here for a dog again. Thank you guys we love Billie Jean.”

“I am a volunteer at Speranza Animal Rescue and had ordered 50 treats for the pups. When I went to pick them up Miss Lucy said that she had made an additional 50 bones and her donation was 100 bones so each dog could have 2. I was prepared to pay for 50 bones and she said it was her donation to the rescue. The dogs absolutely loved them and I will definitely be buying from her in the future. Businesses like this show they aren’t just out to make money their heart is really in what they do and to help the pups❤️”
