So far Harbolds have treated me well, they fixed my furnace (not just the sail switch) and do my inspections, l would have given 5 stars but I got a charge for using a credit card for paying my bill. I feel that this should just be the cost of doing business. Otherwise I was treated well.

We are new camper owners and trusted Harbolds for their assistance when we were having trouble with a part. The attitudes and the way we got disrespected for struggling to find something that even he couldn't find, was beyond me. We got called stupid basically and told we did not even try to get a part to fit, when we absolutely did and it simply does not fit. Were new camper owners, not magicians who can abra cadabra make a pipe fit. This whole experience is a shame on their behalf and disgusting of his personality.

Was camping near this rv parts store and called for a part. They ordered, and it was available the next day.
Employees were very polite and professional. HIGHLY recommend.

We're in town visiting from NC. My husband and I were driving by, so we stopped in to look at the tiny trailers. While we were there, we asked some questions about some remodeling situations that we wanted to do on our newest travel trailer. Steve and Kathy answered all of our questions, gave us some great suggestions, and were friendly.

We had Blue Ox tow plates installed at Harbold’s on our tow vehicle in July. After very little use less than a year later, we were hooking it up to take on a trip and discovered that the bolts had come loose and two fell out of the tow plate. We were very fortunate that we made it back safely from our previous trip.We call Harbold’s right away, but they said they couldn’t get us in for 3+ weeks. We had plans for other trips using our tow vehicle so we contacted an authorized Blue Ox installer. They were able to look at it in just a few days, and they discovered that the tow plates had not been installed properly using Loctite on the bolts as required by Blue Ox. That dealer installed them properly, and we are now able to use our tow vehicle.Once Harbold’s realized that we were going to write a negative review about their mistake they offered to take a look at it sooner, but it was too little too late..

They helped us out of a big jam when a towing company really messed up our door. They searched all over to find one like it, installed it, winterized and inspected our unit. Great people to work with. ?

This past summer I was over in the nearby State Park on the weekend and my water pump wouldn't work. Of course my site was electric only so it was really inconvenient. A couple camping next to me said they had purchased an RV from Harbold's just down the road and had a great experience. They also mentioned they had a good repair business. So Monday morning I stopped in. I ended up talking with Steve the owner and explained my problem. Even though he was working on other repairs already in the shop he fit me in as I told him I really wanted to make it up though PA that day as I had reservations. I went downtown and had lunch and when I got back he said they needed about another 1/2 hour. Shortly after I was back on the road and the pump worked great. I highly recommend Harbold's. Steve and everyone I talked with were courteous and professional.

My parents have bought 3 campers from here over the years. Have had all the service done here, have had alot of accessories installed! The inspections and repairs done. They have aloud the roof on the last camper go bad, and have now failed to tell us the roof on our 5th wheel needed sealed! Needed our slide-out repaired and couldn't tell us when they could repair it! Took it to a new place and had it fixed within 3 hours of dropping it off. It's a shame when places lose long time built relationships! Sorry to see you go!
