Stopped in on the way to the next campground, it was around closing time for the shop. They stayed open and promptly helped with hitch & sway control. Adjusted the ball on the receiver and installed a new sway control bracket.

I would go there over going to Campingworld. Prices for service are reasonable.

So far Harbolds have treated me well, they fixed my furnace (not just the sail switch) and do my inspections, l would have given 5 stars but I got a charge for using a credit card for paying my bill. I feel that this should just be the cost of doing business. Otherwise I was treated well.
