Do NOT use this tow company. They rip my front bumper and totally lied to the insurance company. The office manager Sandy said they never heard from me at all until they heard from the insurance company. I am floored at how they lied like. And the driver had no idea how to even hook up my truck. I didn't even want to give them any stars

Called to have my 1997 GMC Sierra pickup towed. They said they didn't have equipment to tow it. Long bed extended cab 4x4. That means their pictures are false.

The worst place I have ever dealt with. The guy shows up at the garage says it’s closed, cancels the tow on me. He wasn’t smart enough to get out of the truck to go talk to the garage and have them open the locked gate! Now I have to wait for another tow company to tow my truck to the body shop. Called the lady and she hangs up on me. Real class act.

Guy never showed up. I have a very specific vehicle location where two roads intersect eachother. While on the phone with him he said was at the location and couldn’t see me but I could clearly hear impact drivers and tools running in the back background. Sounds like the shop was never left and just gets the insurance money.Service: Motorcycle towing

Contacted him to load an item at copart, said he will be there at a scheduled time. 2hrs later he still didn't show up, called him and said he would be there within an hour and never showed up. Ended up getting another fellow to load it.

Watched them as they got gas at a diesel pump and hog up another company's time then proceeded to sit and talk with someone else while that other company was waiting on the diesel pump
