I go to the antique store all the time. I had no idea this cute little thrift store was right next to it. I got a bunch of cute baby clothes for only $1 each.

I just had a very negative experience with the manager of the store. I was in the store yesterday and made a purchase. Unfortunately when I got home and looked over my bill I realized I was overcharged. I immediately called the store and told them what happened. The volunteer said she would be able to correct the mistake. I live 5 minutes from the store and until I got there they had locked the door. The lights were on so I knocked on the door but nobody answered. I called the store and now they didn't answer the phone. So today I called the store and explained the situation and was told to come in and that the manager was aware of my problem. When I arrived at the store and the manager immediately informed me that this has never ever happened before and that she would refund my overcharge just this once. So basically she called me a liar in front a store full of customers and then proceeded to calculate the refund amount. This was such a negative experience that It will be a very long time before I return. I'd really like for this information to be given to her boss so she could be held accountable for her less than professional customer service.
