I always find what I need and if I need assistance there's always someone to help.

I will not be returning to this location. I've had several interactions with the employees and they are very rude. One employee was muttering swear words as he was waiting on me. Then he proceeded to tell me I can use the self check out next time. Another employee would not wait on me because I accidentally lined up in the wrong spot and was waiting for almost 10 minutes. I would love to use the self check but I used CVS to deposit cash into my capital one bank and can't do self checkout for this service.

People have insurance for a reason. I was told my insurance denied a medication, however was then told they never ran my insurance. Terrible customer service

Been waiting days for prescriptions don't know what happened to their one hour service but it sure sucks now. Is Wallgreens any better?

This is for Trevor in the Pharmacy.
This is my second AMAZING experience being checked out by this WONDERFUL,
CARING and RESPECTFUL young man. I REALLY hope that you keep him since he is a HUGE asset to your store and company! When you are being checked out by him, he is respectful and timely in obtaining your medicine. He really knows how to balance his kindness and moving the line that can become long. He truly makes you feel important and valued. Your store could truly use more Trevors!!
I just also want you to know that I am NOT the only customer who feels this way. About a week ago, I was in a longer line and there was at least five other customers who felt the line would not be that long IF Trevor was working. Trevor is truly valued by the customers, I hope CVS values him too!
Keep up the AWESOME work Trevor, looking forward to seeing your smiling face soon!!

Dropped off a prescription and they said it would be $0. When I went to pick it up they said it was $602. They said they made a mistake the first time and that was the actual price. Took the prescription to Rite Aid and it was $0. With constant staff changeover and poor training, don't trust CVS. Question the prices and do your research beforehand.

Tried to call to verify a prescription and my local store's pharmacy hours. Was on hold for 13 mins on the 1st try, 12 mins on the 2nd and 13 mins on the 3rd. They need better personnel or more personnel. It seems that customer phone calls are unimportant at CVS.

Worst cvs, never answer the phone, always rude and rush you when you actually get your rx.

Just transferred from Rite Aide, well not quite..... electronically all done but you CANNOT get a person on the phone in the pharmacy. Not easy for me to travel, so been trying numerous times over a 3 day period...I wait 40 minutes then get hung up on.I even got a hold of front desk and told them of my dilemma and need for my medication. He transferred me to pharmacy and said he would inform them right away. Wow ...I'm still on hold 25 min Later. So sad... I was told they have 4 pharmacist on duty by kind man upfront. This is sad CVS

My prescription was called on Wednesday. Stopped by Friday afternoon to pick. Was told they didn't have any. I called the Dr office then called CVS was told they are working on it. Had to wait till Saturday to pick up. Infection gets worse without meds. It just don't go away.

I went in a few weeks ago because I needed to get a needle for my medication. I tell the staff at the front desk that I need a syringe w an 18g needle to draw my medicine as well as a 24 or 25g needle w a luer lock for injection (usually I use 24 but whenever the pharmacy was out they subbed a 25g and it worked no issue). I even brought in the bottle of medication itself so they knew exactly what i was taking. He tells me they don’t make needles that size and that all they have for subq injection is insulin needles and that they should work just fine. Every other time I ran out of needles, other CVS locations would just give me a freebie so I can take my meds but he charged me $7 for a bag of these. I already was late on my dose as I moved to PA just at the start of this month and discovered my needles got lost, so I begrudgingly purchase them, go home, and then notice these are 33g needles. These are wayyyy too small to even draw my medicine as its in castor oil.
I go back and tell the other pharmacist who took over the front desk between my first and second trip the situation and she INSTANTLY gives me the exact needle and syringe I need for free like the other locations always have had. I feel like the first employee either has no idea what their own pharmacy carries or just specifically gave me wrong information. I asked if they could refund me for these useless needles and they agreed and took them back. Looking at my bank statement weeks later though, they NEVER REFUNDED MY PURCHASE! The lady who helped me was excellent but the two men I dealt with the first trip, the front desk pharmacist and someone who I am guessing was higher up (pharmaceutical tech maybe? IDK), were extremely incompetent and rude to me. When I explained why I was back the higher up guy was still there and tried to tell me that its “impossible to inject that medicine subcutaneously, it’s only intramuscular.” I have had this script for 2 years and it always has been subq and always the same sized needles. I knew what I needed. I asked with explicit detail for the exact product needed. It took 2 trips and 3 employees to actually fulfill my request when anywhere else it should have been taken care of in the first trip and not cost a dime. If this is your pharmacy, definitely look into getting your script filled elsewhere.
