I called this pharmacy 5 times trying to get this prescription filled today. I told them I needed to pay for it. They kept putting it through for my insurance to pay for it, but my insurance denied it and that was why I wanted to pay for it out of pocket. I only wanted 10 pills to try and see if they helped with the pain. They filled the script and processed it through good RX. I filled out a form online to get through good rx. The price I got was $10 cheaper than theirs. I waited in the drive through lane from 4:45pm until 5:15 to get service. I handed the person my paper for good rx and he said if I wanted to use mine which was $10 cheaper I need to come inside. Why wouldn't they have told me on the phone I had to do that when I told them I wanted to use mine. When you are retired and on a fixed income each dollar matters

This location has the most disrespectful pharmacist. Called in to try and get a prescription corrected and spoke with Hunter. Used profanity towards me and told me that he didn't care about my prescription or my life. Refused to contact the Doctors office to correct my prescription after admitting they made a mistake.

Doctor called in some prescriptions for me 3 to be exact on Monday I wait for 2 hours to get 2 of them. Today I called to schedule a pick for my 3rd one after work I waited for an hour and a half then hung up because I know they take their lunch break at 1:30pm. Good thing its not life or death.

My wife and I came here to get Flu and Covid boosters. We we met "Christina" (Long brown hair and disposition of an unaffected teen age girl) at check-in, who in addition to literally throwing her hands up when not given the response she wanted speaks so softly as to be unintelligible and angers when asked to repeat. Not being a physician, I can only conclude she has a bug up her butt the size of a dinner plate. The only reason I give them 5 stars is that "Tin" the pharmacist, went above and beyond his duties to accommodate me, the patient! What a guy!!!

I had an Amazon return, took it here so UPS could pick up. Easier for the driver than stopping at individual houses. The clerk at CVS apparently was having a bad day. I asked him to scan it so I was sure that it was in the system, that seemed to be a huge problem for this gentleman. After he reluctantly scanned it, I thanked him, told him to have a great day and he threw my package on the shelf and totally ignored me. This was on 1/4/2020 at 9:45am. Hopefully nobody else needed his assistance that day cause he was in a mood for sure. Drove across the street to Walgreens to finish my shopping, surprisingly I was greeted and welcomed as I entered the store, no attitude at all!!

Staff in pharmacy need customer relations training. Will not go the extra mile as other pharmacies do when there is an issue. Rude over the phone assistance. Drive thru access is pitiful.

I have been going there every day for 2 weeks to pick up my prescription because I ran out. They said they had a problem with my insurance and they will call them. That was July 3rd. They never called the insurance, my doctor had to fax my prescription 4 times for them to fill it. I wasnt able to take my medicine for 2 weeks until I spoke with the manager because their employees couldnt care less.

I dropped off a hardcopy prescription on 12-18-18 to be filled 12-24-18. Called to pick it up on 12-26-18 and the pharmacy could not find the prescription. My Doctor sent over another prescription and then the pharmacy told me it was out of stock and would be in 12-30-18. I called on 12-30-18 and then it would not be in until 1-1-19. Called 1-1-19 and, guess what, no prescription. My Doctor had to send another prescription (3rd) on 1-1-19. The incompetence here is mind blowing!

This place has prices listed and items on sale but when you ring out the correct prices don't come up and the clerk acts like an idiot when you question the prices..I will go to Walgreens from now on

Make sure you have set aside at least an hour, whilst having a prescription filled here! Knowing this, I called in the DAY BEFORE to get my refill. I show up. Whatdya know! IT'S NOT READY. Keep it up CVS. You just lost another customer to Walgreens, across the street.
