I bought a car from creekside well I had problems the car wouldn't start so we called creekside they told me to call platts so we did . They had us charge the car but didn't know where the battery was so they had us charge the fuse box they didn't even know where the battery was so they r charging me the fee to get it fixed I don't understand why didn't they know where the battery was at in the car I had to get the manual and find out for myself they new nothing and now they want me to pay for fixing the fuse box they don't have very good customer service

Just picked up my second car from Creekside. Customer care is exceptional. Vehicles well priced and a staff that workd with you.I reviewed some comments that were negative and was wondering if we went to the same place .. I know good respectful people when I meet them!!!! And Great deals!!!!!

There people don't know if there coming or going. They don't know if there cars are for sale or sold. Lady had me look at a vehicle that was sold for " 2 weeks" the car was ever on the lot for 2 weeks

1st of all there's a reason that pretty much anybody can get a car there, they they sell vehicles that almost always have problems immediately they they do not track the days of your payments correctly and the woman Heather is the most rude and on professional person I have ever met in my entire life if you even think about going to get a vehicle from this place I suggest you make sure that it is not one of heather's vehicles. There are 2 women that work there handling the sales of the vehicles and Tamara is The nicest and most polite person to deal with. If you would like your car to last longer than 8 or 9 months I suggest not getting it from them and if there is anything that goes wrong with your car they're going to charge you in Arm and leg to get it fixed and buy them.***AND There is no late fees with them because they will quickly repossess your car if you're 2 or 3 days late on your payment and then charge you $300 to get it out and your payment on top of that. 0 STARS, but can't give them that minimum is 1 , but they are a 0.

My transmission went out 2 weeks after I got my SUV. I made them fix it, then they had my truck 3 weeks fixing the transmission, after that my windows went off track, my check engine light came on 2 days after I got it, not to mention now my axel sounds like it's gonna break. My shifter was messed up and they “fixed” with with ZIP TIES!!! Worst place ever. They try to take advantage of young people especially females.
