Very happy energy here. The kids don't look confined in a small room together. The layout of the facility is very open and my son loves to see the bigger kids and the other teachers passing by their area. This is my first time hunting for daycare and I'm so happy to have found this one. I was really concerned that he would be confined to one room most of his day, here it's one big open space divided by bookcases and shelving, so open. The staff look happy and welcoming also, even if they look tired at the end of the day, their energy is still pleasant and genuine.

Had a great time with Aa to Zz while my son was in the baby room and even in the infant room. However, after some staff changes the standards seem to slip. During one pickup my sons water cup had visible mold inside. This is a cup that is kept on site and was to be cleaned everyday. Mold doesn’t appear overnight. After this, my wife and I pulled him from their care.

Everyday we arrive to "school" my son begins to kick his legs excitedly. He is 11 months old and absolutely loves it here. This morning I dropped him off with his favorite teacher and a group of older kiddos were just cooing and playing with him as he smiled. They have a culture of kindness here that is unrivaled. From the first day that I dropped him off at 3 months old with many, detailed instructions to the tiny development goals we have now like amount of time napping vs awake, the staff has always been on board with helping us achieve what is best for him and supporting him. Ms.Joi in the infant room has more patience and grace than anyone I've ever met. She is phenomenal at caring for the littlest ones and gives every day her all.I fully recommend it here.

Staff is caring. My granddaughter is learning lots. The daily reports are helpful. I also like how they teach some words in sign language. I do wish parents and grandparents could visit the rooms but Covid safety precautions are necessary.

!!!PARENTS BEWARE!!!This establishment is negligent, ignorant and negative towards the children in their care. My son came home multiple times with bite marks on his arm and shoulder, as well as scratches that bled on his face (which are now scars) before we pulled him out.The staff are negative and NEVER have anything nice to say about the children, even when they are aware of the hostility that child is enduring from at least 2 other children. Please be careful bringing your children to this facility. The physical and emotional torment my son endured is unacceptable and heartbreaking to say the least.

This place is amazing! Please do research when searching for care providers for your children. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff are great, and are engage 100% with the kiddos. Both my kids been with A to Z and even when they were under Robin's Nest. I can see the care they provide to my little one because she is always super excited to come here and the smile she has when walking out of this place. Amazing place. Thank you A to Z for providing great care for my kids.

My infant Daughter is treated so well, they care for her as if she was their own! She has also been learning so much like the basics of human development!
