My experience with Chef Kevin was overall amazing! I booked Kevin for a bachelorette party with 23 people and we had the most incredible meal! The booking process was so straight forward, as Kevin is very easy-going, personable and truly cares about making your meal exactly how you want it to be. He was ready to take on a large group, as well. The menu options were fantastic and everything was very fresh. Our group had some dietary restrictions due to allergies and Kevin was beyond accommodating. Our 3 course meal was delicious! Kevin and his assistant were efficient and professional. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! You will most certainly not regret hiring Kevin for a special meal!

Absolutely incredible - I would give a million stars if I could! Kevin was the chef for our wedding last night and we were blown away! First, the food was fantastic - the charcuterie board was huge, the crostinis were delicious! The filet and sauces were incredible! Second, Kevin and his partner were professional, nice, accommodating, and took care of everything! Kevin was communicative throughout the whole process and guided us so well in our choices and was so helpful with any modifications that were needed. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he made the evening - I would recommend him to anyone and plan to hire him in the future!

Highly recommend! Kevin cooked a wonderful meal for my friend’s bachelorette party for a group of 6 of us. The food was so fresh and absolutely AMAZING, and he was so great to work with! Our entire group hopes to work with him again!

We hired Kevin for a bachelor party at an Airbnb in the Poconos and he did a terrific job, including preparing and serving four amazing courses for 12 people all by himself. The charcuterie plate and strawberry shortcake in particular were standouts.
He was incredibly communicative and detail-oriented, along with being a great chef, and I hope to work with him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Not only was the food Kevin cooked incredibly delicious and better than most restaurants I’ve eaten at in New York City, but he was also incredibly kind, charming and personable. Our bachelor party group could not have been happier. He can accommodate dietary restrictions and was super communicative and responsive. Thank you Kevin!!!

We had the absolute BEST meal!! Kevin was so great to work with, he followed up promptly as we figured out the menu for our 10 person bachelorette dinner, he arrived early to prep for dinner and get familiar with the kitchen, and he cleaned up even BETTER than how the kitchen looked before he got there!! The food was cooked perfectly, each course came out at just the right time. 100/10 would recommend for a group dinner or special occasion! And we had leftovers! If we’re back in the area we will definitely be setting up again!

We booked Kevin for dinner for a bachelorette party in the Poconos and it was the highlight of the trip! He made every step of the process a breeze. Kevin was friendly and professional. His food was EXCEPTIONAL. Seasonal, fresh, delicious, and beautifully plated. I cannot wait to book him again for my next event!

We used Kevin (and he came with Deidre to assist) for a Bachelorette Party in the Pocono's. We had 13 girls to plan for, and Kevin was super helpful, understanding, and flexible throughout the entire process. One girl dropped out last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and it was not an issue for him. We also had a change in venue as our original Airbnb got canceled.. it was super stressful for us finding a new one but Kevin just said to let him know and he'd make it work wherever we ended up. He helped us plan the perfect menu and the food was literally amazing! Every single girl at the party raved about it, everyone was satisfied and nobody had a single negative thing to say (can't say I've ever party planned for 13 girls and had that happen!). Kevin and Deidre were also super professional, cleaned up every last dish, and also fun to have around! I attached some photos of our yummy food.. I would use Kevin again in a heartbeat for a party if I lived closer! If I'm ever back in the area, I will. I highly recommend his services - you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend using Top Water Cooking for your next dinner! I worked with Kevin to create a meal for a bachelorette weekend and the entire experience (collaboration, cost, the meal itself, and clean-up) was fabulous. Everyone was impressed, thought the food was delicious and it made my workload as the maid of honor a lot easier!

Kevin is an incredible chef! He’s been to our home for 2 dinner parties, and I expect their will be many more! While planning, choosing menu’s he is responsive and easy to work with. Upon arrival Kevin brings everything needed, food, pans, and he is very personable. The food is phenomenal! The champagne scallops my favorite! To top it off the kitchen is clean when he leaves. - no mess! I would give Top Water Chef 10 stars !!
