Really rude and unprofessional Pharmacist and Tech. The price of my prescription came up wrong, and instead of trying to figure out why or help solve the issue, they were very dismissive and cold. They tried to charge me over $60 for a $10 prescription. In the end, they still over charged me $10. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Pharmacy has horrible manners. Young man with black curly hair always has an attitude. Throws your medication across the counter- "fifty bucks". For what, a punch to your mouth?
It's almost like they are competing for worst pharmacy across with CVS across the street.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. constantly gets prescriptions wrong, takes 3 weeks to actually get a script filled. Pharmacist is horribly rude and the other techs are just as awful. Awful awful awful.

Horrible horrible pharmacy. They have prevented me from having my treatment for three weeks now by giving me false information about why my medication was being held every time I called to follow up about it. The pharmacist was rude every time I called to ask more information about why my medication was being held and responded as if I was a burden to her. I could have had my treatment weeks ago if the pharmacy was honest with me about what was going on or took the time to actually look into it. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and I will be transferring all prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Picked up scripts, saw one was missing. Asked about it was told another 10 minutes, hadto go around twice. Nowp 20 minutes.

You guys need to check your freezer. Its packed with ice to the point that products are frozen inside and we bought ice cream without realizing it was made back in 2021 and has been expired for a year now

We recently switched from Walmart Pharmacy to Rite Aid and the folks at Rite Aid are always friendly, helpful, and aim to go above and beyond to provide good service! So happy we switched.

Terrible customer service, cashiers are rude and miserable people especially Amy Zuniga. Not helpful at all and are quick to judge customers. Amy Zuniga should be fired immediately as she has no place working in retail.

Nobody in the pharmacy picks up the phone! Between two days I called four times and it rings, goes through the menu options, I select pharmacy, it rings then eventually loops me back to the main menu. I’ll b switching to online ASAP!

They are absolutely the most helpful staff I've ever seen, They will do everything to make your experience the best. I don't even know why people go to CVS they're way more expensive Rite Aid is extremely reasonable and their sales are outrageous.

Really getting sick of this place screwing up my prescriptions and then saying I have to call back with a new script it’s not my fault u can’t listen in class get a degree and read a bottle! The problem is you take way to many patients and you can’t handle the volume!

You better hire another Pharmacist and people for the pharmacy. Way to understaffed, harried, and waiting 3 days for scripts to be filled is a disgrace.Better get it together ?
