First off Pete and Jim are a class act. My first time there they couldn't be any nicer or honest. They stand behind their word and are sincere about it. The facility is great and they are very patient and helpful.
You do have to secure your own financing but being able to be confident going into a dealership and repair shop is a great feeling. Thank you guys so much

I was recommended by my sister who has been taking her car to Kieffer's for about a year and had all good things to say about them. I had an appointment the day before my actual appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances I missed it and they called me see if all was well. They accommodated me with an appointment the next day! I even needed a ride home when I dropped my car off and the dad drive me home AND picked me up when my car was finished!! All of the staff there is very nice staff, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Kieffer’s for any auto repair service.

Worth the drive to this Mercedes-Benz specialty shop. They have the knowledge and equipment to work on both old and new Mercedes at reasonable prices. Trustworthy experience they will tell you recommendations and things you need to do that are necessary vs. the dealer who doesn't have the customers best interest in mind. Having these guys on your side has allowed me to safely drive old Mercedes cars daily which i would be unable to afford paying the dealership mark up prices. Purchased a low milage E55 AMG and Kiefer's fully maintained it till it hit 265,000 miles which is a testament to their expertise. Mechanically the car drove like new but the paint was chipped and faded so it was time to upgrade but the new owner drove it to California and its still going strong. Exceptional work at fair prices is hard to find today but you'll be happy you found this hidden gem for your Mercedes-Benz.
