My experience with Moove In was uneventful. When the need arose to rent a larger unit, the transition was an easy one. The units were clean, neat and easily accessible. My personal items were secure. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. My reason for leaving was strictly financial.

I have been working in my mom's storage unit for the last 3 days. We spent hours on the property with her 3 units. While there, Kerlin was also there in the office. He was incredibly helpful. He provided us waters to drink (there was a heat wave while working those 3 days), a bathroom to use inside the office, he was easy to talk to, he got us a cart to use to move our things between unit's and our UHaul truck, and was understanding when things came up.
In addition to Kerlin, the units were great. They were clean and some were air conditioned. Even the outside area around the buildings was clean. Also, the whole property was fenced and gated.
Overall, my best storage unit experience I have been too in my 50 years of life. ?

Kerlin was able to accurately adjust the matters that I needed to be taken care of in a quickly and efficient manner. He was very proactive and got back to me with the necessary results extremely quickly. Very professional and very well organized.

Kerlin is extremely helpful and informative. In regards to moove inn as a company, cost has become a big factor for me. The unit i once booked at 219 a month and has gone up to 300 a month. About a thousand dollar increase for a years time.
