It was okay other than my belongings got infested with rats and destroyed a high dollar car… staff was good though, just needs rat /mice traps set up.

Alycia was very quick to respond to my online inquiry and readily available when I inquired to come in and view the units. She patiently and professionally answered each of my questions and explained all the details thoroughly. She was a complete pleasure to do business with. The property is very clean and well kept and the units well maintained. She also reviewed the security surveillance to address any safety concerns I had. I feel the pricing is reasonable for what I was looking for. I just rented a unit today, but my initial experience tells me I made the right choice. Thank you, Alycia!

I've had a few units at the Douglasville location for about 3 years and Alicia has been so wonderful and helpful. She has worked with me and is very thoughtful and caring. I recommend this storage unit place to anyone.
