“I moved into My townhome at Heritage Amity Commons a week ago and absolutely love it, and the community! My neighbors are incredibly nice and the area is so quiet! The soundproofing/build quality is outstanding and I never hear my neighbors at all! I love the fact I have two dedicated parking spaces and there are visitor spaces right outside my unit as well. My unit was completely remodeled and upgraded and it was absolutely beautiful when I walked in on move in day! Thick carpets and padding, granite counters in the kitchen and full bath, upgraded lighting and vanities, stainless steel appliances in kitchen- truly beautiful! The community also has easy access to 422 and there are SO many things within a 10-15 minute drive! I am so happy I chose this community. I'm definitely hoping to be a long time resident!”

“The new management under Nicole and Jim has made a world of a difference the past few years. There is quick response time in an issue. When they first took over our fridge, dishwasher and stove broke all at the same time because of previous management. Within 48 hours we had all new appliances. A year later our hot water heater exploded and they responded within 4 hours with a new one while I had 3 small children running around without complaint! Today our air conditioner wasn't working and Perry from maintenance brought a new one and installed it within 20 minutes. The quick response time and constant care makes living here stress-free and a pleasure.”

“Exeter Village Apartments was my first apartment/renting experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I thoroughly enjoyed my year at Exeter Village. I was lucky enough to be towards the back of the village with a view of the woods/creek off my balcony. The complex was always clean, quiet and I always felt safe. A big push for me to choose Exeter Village over any other complex was that I could have both of my canines with me for little to no restrictions. Staff member were always nice and helpful, maintenance came in a timely fashion, neighbors were (somewhat) nice and minded their own business. One encounter with a not so nice neighbor who can’t deal with barking (sorry you moved into a dog friendly neighborhood.) Other than that, my experience at Exeter Village was almost perfect! Great location, plenty of shopping nearby, great amenities!”
