I will NEVER choose this business for ANY KIND of service. We broke down yesterday and called AAA for a tow. There was some kind of mix-up between AAA and Douglassville Auto Body (DAB). AAA claimed DAB said "DAB spoke to my husband and my husband canceled the tow with DAB". THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Our phone records PROVED they never even called us. So after talking to AAA, I called DAB for their side of the story. DAB, from the onset of the call, was Difficult, Rude, Nasty, and we ended up in a Screaming Match. I ended up hanging up on him. Before I hung up, DAB ultimately ended up claiming AAA never called them to tow us. Look, it doesn't matter who was at fault for the mix up.. The point here is there was absolutely NO REASON and NO EXCUSE to be screamed at and to be treated in that UNPROFESSIONAL MANOR by DAB. ESPECIALLY by the person who said he was the "President"! And any future calls to AAA I will specify that I do NOT want DAB to be given my call or my business if at all possible.

They are not only untrustworthy, they don't take responsibility when they are at fault. My friend went and saw a Chevy Silverado earlier this week and called back to talk about a cash deal, and they appeared to be helpful when they worked it out - and he offered to put money down immediately with his card as a deposit. He was told multiple times by Jeanie that it wasn't necessary and he could come on Saturday at noon with cash in hand and drive out in the new truck. He sold his truck Saturday morning- same exact truck in 2wd- and then gets a call saying that the owner is selling the truck to someone else. The general message was, he owns the lot so he can do whatever he wants (and he confirmed that was the attitude of the dealership later when talking to him directly), so he sold the car because there was another guy there with cash an hour before his scheduled appointment- FOR A CASH DEAL. They proceeded to show terrible business practices by boasting that "deposits don't mean we will hold a car if someone else shows up and wants to buy it"... the literal only purpose of a deposit. The owner is blindly proud and doesn't take responsibility for poor communication, interaction, and outcome. Now my buddy has no truck- and is worse off than if he never started dealing with them in the first place.Moral of the story, don't do business with a company that has an owner who is unreliable and proud to have terrible business practices.

These people are liars and absolutely untrustworthy I came in to buy a truck and Jeanie made a verbal agreement with me and I told them I would be back tomorrow. She called and said someone’s outside looking at it I asked if I could put a deposit over the phone she said she could call me back she called back and said your good. Then I called to ensure I would be able to buy the truck the next day in full cash and she said “yes u owe me I just lied through my teeth to this guy
