We prepaid $525 to have our pool opened this spring for the first time since we moved in our new home. They came to our home, added some water with our garden house and cleaned a filter. Then, they told us to drain it, clean it and buy a new filter system. We did what they said, but it’s still cloudy. They will not come and finish the job. I was told that the owner would call us on 5/25 and that did not happen. To summarize this, I paid them $525 to do absolutely nothing but tell us how to open our pool, which we could’ve done through YouTube. Save your money!

We recently had Del Suppo Pools replace our pool liner. They did a great job. From the initial phone call to installation they were great. We highly recommend this company.

A little piece of advice that will save your pocketbook—DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!A few years ago they built my family a very nice pool, but their pool service after installation has been a nightmare. Their service prices are unbelievably high, and they take zero pride in their work. They just charged me $420. to take off my cover plus sent me a bill for $400. for filters that I found on Amazon for $125. I could go on and on about their poor customer service and disgruntled/unprofessional employees. Do yourself a huge favor and find another company to service your pool. I have!

Not impressed. $900 to open the pool, remove a diving board and change the sand in the filter. They left chemical bottles on my lawn and 3 days later the water is Brown, Chlorine reads 0 and Alkalinity was off the chart. Never got an invoice, just charged my credit card. I called and they think it was a fair price. Will not use them in the future. Found a local guy in Wheeling that was able to fix it all in about 2 weeks for a very fair price.

I would absolutely recommend Del Suppo Pools and Spas. In fact, I do to all my friends and family. I know Buster personally and he takes great pride in his work. He is thorough and meticulous! He treats his clients and friends... like family.

Just had a wonderful experience with Del Suppo Pools and Spas. Needed an in ground pool restoration and what these guys did in a short amount of time was amazing. In 4 days they took a 40 year old pool which needed a lot of work and turned it back into something amazing which I look forward to using for years to come!! Highly recommended!! Such a pleasant experience with wonderful workers who came in and worked non stop!

Completely ruined our family pool. Contracted to place brick around the pool. The installation was so poor the bricks began coming loose and falling into the water ripping holes in the liner. They also secured the automatic cover rails into the brick instead of all the way into the concrete underneath. This caused the cover to pull the rails into the pool, again ruining the liner and cover. Our pool has not been usable ever since. Terrible company.
