Buy with confidence. Excellent location. Excellent equipment (seemed in very good shape). Excellent customer service. Hayley exceeded our expectations during our booking. We booked the ski equipment on Monday and returned on Wednesday to book for another 2 days but the weather forecast was predicting a very raining Thursday so we needed them on Wednesday and Friday. She was very helpful on accommodating things.

They were fast to serve and very reasonably priced!
I was able to rent for 2 days and get a refund for not using the 2nd day (returned on 1st day )
2 days rental here was cheaper than 1 day using 7 springs rental

This place is wonderful! The people here are amazing and did not rush, they take their time to get you the proper equipment that fits. Also, they were happy to give me smaller skis for day 2 without question after skiing for day 1 with them and didn't like them. I love that you can rent and keep ski equipment for multiple days, rather than returning them every single day. And they are cheaper to rent compared to renting at seven springs or hidden valley. If you are coming from Pittsburgh, you will drive pass this ski rental shop before getting to seven springs or hidden valley, so it's pretty convenient to pick up equipment on the way to skiing. You can't buy skis here, but you can buy glasses, face covering and ski clothes here.

Fine and cost effective, but some of their equipment isn't well looked after with multiple issues. I had issues with cross country ski boot insoles not staying in the correct spot, making them uncomfortable. Another group member had a misaligned pole basket too. The next time a group member found used toe warmers in the boots and was given far too short poles.

The ONLY place I go for rentals in the Laurel highlands! Their equipment is newer, higher quality, and better maintained than what is offered at seven springs or hidden valley. On top of that - coming here means supporting a local business instead of giving even more money to the corporate conglomerate that now owns all other local spots. What’s more, their prices for daily and season rentals simply CANNOT BE BEAT! We pay $100 a year for season rentals for my young daughter - good luck finding a better deal elsewhere! To top it all off, the staff and owners are always so kind and helpful!

Reasonable costs, quick service, and convenient location!4 stars because there was an issue with my poles when I rented them and it did make skiing trickier. Clerk didn’t acknowledge this issue when I brought it up, but the store was very busy at the time.

This place was amazing! Beyond helpful! And could accommodate all our needs! Very respectful of our budget and helped us to understand what we needed to do to get our skis up to par for the season! We were able to rent just boots which saved us a lot of time and money! This place has my business for life! The lady who helped us was more than kind which is a rarity these days in customer service!!!
