It was my 1st visit to this pharmacy and I must say an excellent experience. I had just visited Dingmans Medical and they called in a few RXs for me. I drove from their parking lot to Butterfly's and waited maybe 15 mins before entering.i entered was greeted very nicely, gave my name and asked to please give them a few more minutes as they were filling the RX for me at that moment. Once I rec'd the RXs I was given some precautions and I also asked about other meds for my dogs. I was assured that they would look into it and get back to me for pricing. It was a really nice transaction and I will be using them again.

This place sucks! They never fillPrescriptions when sent in until you actually go there and then are on lunch half the day. They never answer the phone and then leave you on hold til you hang up. Horrible

We have been using a while but may be changing. Always an issue. Today one med they supposedly ordered Thurs didnt come in and need to reorder, again. Told Thursday they reorderd. I have mt insurance 17 years now and they didnt want to fill prescription saying it went under a different primay insurance. Done with the hassles every time.

I had a most extraordinary experience with Jesse the pharmacist. I did not realize until nearly 6PM I ran out of heart medication. I called after 6;30 PM, spoke to Jesse to explain my situation. He told me be in the store in an hour and my prescription would be ready. The staff was pleasant, they greeted me with a smile, all in spite of closing time was a few minutes away. In my view, they earned my business. Thank You Jesse and Company.

I love wise I just hate how expensive they are and their pharmacy is so slow I'm always waiting days just to get a simple refill on my blood pressure medicine which I cannot wait for I need to take it everyday and they never care when I tell them this.

Started off great now they lose prescriptions every month, coincidentally it's only the controlled ones. Trying to transfer everything and the new pharmacy has called them twice but they said no one has called. So Weis is the only one telling the truth all the doctors are lying about calling in prescriptions and trying to transfer to another pharmacy is impossible. I took everything to Butterfly pharmacy where good health used to be and I couldn't be happier!

The most awful service on the phone ever! Calling from a doctor's office for a Cancer patient who needed pain medication. My call was placed on hold for 13 min., the next 2 calls disconnected, after that the calls were placed on hold and/or sent to voicemail. There has got to be a better way to service people when the pharmacy is short-staffed, overwhelmed or just not up to the job.

The attitude on one of the girls is disgusting. I usually don't care about this stuff but she obviously doesn't want to be there. We've dealt with it twice. Prescriptions aren't ready when they should be. What's the point of the doctor calling it in hours before hand if it's still going to be a half hour? Was happy to have a pharmacy close to home but apparently it's smarter to stick to Medicine Shoppe.

This pharmacy is beyond horrible. I wish i could give negative stars. I've been here at least 7 times to pick up a prescription, and not 1 time were they even close to having it ready. Even if I called prior to driving there, and they say a prescription is ready.....when I arrive, it's never ready. They mess up EVERY SINGLE TIME. I mean, they are 0 for 7, and thats just with me. Unfortunately, it's the only place we can go around here. This big business pharmacy, pushed out the small business pharmacies, and now we're stuck with this disgraceful, inconsistent, poorly run, poorly organized, zero customer service having, $hit-show!!!

Called for a refill on Monday morning got there late Monday afternoon and was told they had none of my pills that they would be in tomorrow Tuesday .Tuesday go all the way back there and they only have 10 pills which is a 5-day supply for me .With that level of incompetence I am very wary of even letting them handle my medications and I'm willing to pay more at another pharmacy to be safe

No matter if my prescription is called in the day before….or 2 days before..it’s never never ready….what is the point of an E file prescription-if they’re going to fill it when I arrive.

50% success rate of them lying about when a script is ready. It can take days. To slow. To many ignorant workers. To many inconsistencies. One star only because they are convenient to go to.

Yesterday the girl wouldn't fill my Dad's prescription because they closed in 13 minutes and apparently it would have taken too long. ( the prescription had been sent straight from the ER atleast 30 minutes prior ) He had broken ribs and his wrist was broken in 2 places. So he went home with no pain meds because of laziness. So sad.

Previous comment: (Pharamacy is ok. They have mixed up when I get my meds multiple times now and never seem to be interested in fixing the situation. Have told me one thing and then backed out of their word. I know for a fact the pharmacist has lied to me because my doctor told me. The techs are really nice, so it’s ok and gets two stars. Also gave my wife a moderna vaccine and then told her it was a J&J the next time she went for second shot so we have no idea what she got.)I edited my review, they have done a much better job lately and I have not had any problems whatsoever. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Anyway, this pharmacy is great and reliable. Very helpful as well. Pharmacists are good guys too. I would recommend using this pharmacy now.Edit 2: they have been doing fantastic lately, 5 stars!
