Having some issues with my card and mentioned it on a review. That very day the branch manager called me personally to try to get to the bottom of that and another issue. I'm a blue collar worker that doesn't have 6 figures in their bank. It's nice to know someone cares about the little guy for once.

We love ❤️ this bank! Everyone who works here is professional, friendly, and super helpful when a banking issue arises. We have used them for our business banking for the past 5 years and are so happy we switched from a larger bank who could never provide the personalized service that The Dime Bank has.
