CES provided great service. Our Dryer needed a propane conversion and Tom Hickey the service technician arrived. He was very professional and courteous. Got our dryer up and running. Was very informative and helpful. Would recommend CES for service and appreciate Tom Hickey's great work!

Lavinia Hadden (Viv) Customer Service Rep. was very helpful in getting me all the paperwork I needed for my insurance company when my oil burner failed. CES is always helpful and responsive when I call them and the technicians are respectful and efficient.

Have CES service for one year installed the tank in one day the workers who came did all the work as promised promptly and professionally.Chris came by and explained everything at the house walked me through the whole process I told him what I wanted. Marla In the office helped me finalize all the paperwork very kind explains everything and the app.

We have used Combined Energy for over 20 years. They installed a furnace for us when we first purchased our home. When we put on an addition, they installed all the new piping. Jan 1st we get a bill for $229 because we didn't use enough fuel this year because of the warm weather. Looks to me like their sales are down so we have to make up the difference. I guess loyal customers mean nothing to them. Time to find a new propane supplier. My wife called the office and spoke to Myra. She refused to remove the surcharge. In 2022 we used 530 gal and in 2021we used 553 gal.

I hate to say it, but you wouldn't expect to get great customer service from a propane company. I called in today and didn't wait on hold and was greeted Lavinia who was knowledgable and got what I needed done fast. She promised to follow up by the end of the day and stuck to her word. Impressive!

What started as a leak from the chimney chase into one of our bedrooms morphed into us deciding to replace the oil furnace with propane and remove the chimney. We were already CES customers so we discussed our options with Jim and Paul and decided to not only replace the oil furnace with a propane system but also replace our 300-gal propane tank with a 1,000-gal tank. CES removed the old tank, backfilled the hole, and buried the new 1,000 gal tank and then the bonus was they removed the old 2 x 330 gal oil tanks from the basement at no additional cost. The changeover could not have been easier or more professionally handled by Jim, Tom, Chris, Ed, and others whose names I didn't record. They worked quickly and cleanly and were most pleasant to be around and most importantly they spent the time to set up my Nest Thermostats with me. I could not have asked for more. What a great team. They say a fish rots from the head but the converse is also true. This team worked so well together and so professionally that I must give credit to the management of CES for instilling these professional values into their teams and allowing them to shine. I have no hesitation in recommending CES for any propane requirements.
