“Was debating which tires to get to replace stock oem tires. Did research on tire rack and Kelly’s couldn’t get the exact tires due to back orders but they recommended me 3 other alternatives and provided quality service in a timely manner. The prices on the tires given were cheaper than any online merchant (including installation and disposal) AND you get rotations for the life of the tire. Shop local!”
“We were visiting the area when my brand new Suburban decided to stop working with the engine light flashing for us to pull over, of course in the pouring rain, in a parking lot at a nearby park, with no phone service to even try to figure out where to go. We ended up making it to the first repair shop we could fine which was S & T. They were SO kind. The gentleman stopped what he was doing to come read the code and see what they could do. It was determined we could take it to a dealer to have them take a look. S&T absolutely could have charged us for their time (and we fully expected them to). They didn't want a penny, were very helpful, and the lovely woman in the office even gave me some pointers on a great place to go hiking (which we did!). I am still in awe that we got lucky enough to find such honest and kind people in what felt like the middle of nowhere. Thank you!”

“Just had new tires installed on my wife's 2020 Kia Telluride... I called on Thursday to get a quote, and the price was given to me with installation per tire, which was very fair when I compared other places. I asked Tom to order the tires for me, with no deposit required. We dropped the car off at 12PM the very next Saturday (today, 18 Feb 2023) at 12pm. By 1:35pm, we were driving home with it. There were NO hidden fees, like some of the big tire chains, just PA state tax. Also, they do a lifetime tire rotation for free when you purchase tires directly from them. Customer service was quick and friendly, and best of all, they didn't try to sell any other unnecessary services, like trans fluid, oil change, etc. My family will definitely be using them again! Thank you, Delaware Tire and Auto!!!”
