I will never bring another vehicle here as long as I am breathing.. In the past I've had other vehicles repaired there and couldn't have been more satisfied. The great workmanship and customer satisfaction was just perfect. WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND! I recently brought a vehicle there for repairs that stemmed from a collision with a Red Tail Hawk. Broke the grille. that was 4 Sept.22. 7 months later 10 March 23, still not repaired. The gentleman who runs the company ( who I shall Pinocchio ) was ever so polite and soft spoken did nothing but LIE about everything that came from his mouth. Never returned phone calls, lied about having parts, lied and told me parts weren't available and on and on. I made all the calls for parts myself and reported to him that parts were in stock. After 7 months I was at the end of my rope. I turned the case over to my insurance Co.SHAME ON YOU 21ST CENTURY RESTORATION FOR RUINING YOUR ONCE GREAT REPUTATION!!!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I live close to this place and wanted to try them out. I had a car that I imported from Japan and wanted to do a little restoration on it. I stopped in there on three different occasions and talked with a young guy wearing old fashioned clothes. Each time he took all information and what I wanted done and said he'd call me. Yet he never did. The car I have is in excellent shape, I just wanted to pay top dollar for good quality work. It's just so disappointing when you can even get in the door.

If you want to have your car services by the most lackluster Auto body shop I have ever been to , you are in luck. This company went over the car with a fine tooth comb and found any and everything they possibly could to inflate the cost of repairs . They did not demonstrate the same level of diligence when it came to tracking my insurance claim and wrapping up the repairs . Very disorganized, evasive and shady. While the totality of the repairs were approved by the insurance company the majority were completely unnecessary to do on a 14 year old car and were not a result of the accident which was communicated to the shop prior to work being done . If you like to wait, miss deadlines and feel disappointed in mankind this is the shop for you!

I hit a deer in June and had my insurance company mail a repair check directly to Century 21 auto and restorations in Dingmans Ferry. Long story short, I decided not to go with them after all—-there were many red flags, cancelled appointments, and unreturned phone calls. At one point, supposedly, “parts were ordered”, but it was too little too late, and I told them I didn’t want to work with them anymore and the parts were”sent back” I was told there could be a restock fee. I asked for an I nvoice for any restock fees and the shop has been unable to produce one. My insurance company has already told me they will pay for any restock fees incurred, with proof of invoice, so it’s not a problem. They just won’t give it to me. Another Red flag. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone beside the secretary in the front office to get my money back. She has been telling me for weeks that they are refunding my money as no work was completed and there are no parts currently out for order, but I still haven’t gotten my check, and every week it’s a different “story.” My insurance company is now involved and they have been told the same as me—-the return check is “coming.” Meanwhile they cashed my check almost FIVE MONTHS ago. I can’t find any information about who the owners are so that I can contact them and speak directly to them. When I asked the secretary in the front office for the owner’s contact information she refused to give it to me. She flat out said, “No, I will not give you that information.” This shop has thousands of my dollars and I am out of patience. I Need to bring that check somewhere else to get this damage repaired. Very frustrating.Anyway, stay tuned: My full review and supporting documentation will be posted AFTER this business and I finally part ways. I can’t find any information about who the owners are so that I can contact them and speak directly to them. When I asked the secretary in the front office for the owner’s contact information she refused to give it to me. So I am asking here—-Does anyone have any advice or suggestions or better yet know who the owners of this company are and how I can contact them? Any help is appreciated. I’m at a standstill and would rather not pursue legal options but not being able to talk to the owner of a business that has thousands of my dollars is a big problem and I’m starting to run out of options and patience. I Need to bring that check somewhere else to get this damage repaired. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or leads.

i had gone here to inquire about having work done on my tundra. i spoke in depth with the owner, we went over options i even gave him the "open" option to totally replace items if they can not be painted or if hes not comfortable painting them. not only did i have to call him 3x for status on a quote & adv for having work done, i was told 3x he will call back hes still working on quote. he "never" called back. never even reached out to say he cant do the job. this guy left me hanging for 2 weeks. i finally gave up and figured he is completely unprofessional. i guess some people do not need the work. waste of time - sad small town business chances locals loyalty.
