I helped my aunt and uncle switch from prepaid to postpaid. That was where the chaos started, now both line was ringing when you call one of their number. I was on the phone with Verizon for nearly 4 hours, and the tech guy even advised us that changing one of the phone number will most likely fix the issues. It didn’t, instead one phone completely disconnected. He even told us that going to a physical location wouldn’t be helpful since they will need to call the Verizon tech support. I finally gave up. Went to the Dillsburg location and Morgan was able to fix it within 10 minutes. She was absolutely amazing and know exactly what she was doing. Recommend coming to this location if you need help.

After getting a whole new phone and transferring the SIM card, my cellular service wouldn’t work. I tried everything but couldn’t figure it out. Morgan had so many things to try and eventually solved it for me. It was a very positive experience and I will be going to her again with any other phone problems I have.

I stopped by yesterday morning and the door was locked. I did not realize the store opened at 10 and it was 9:50. So I just expected to wait out front for 10 minutes, but to my surprise Morgan saw me and came to let me in. I've delt with many people in customer service who would simply watch you wait out there until 10. Once inside she went right to work on my phone. I ended up leaving extremely satisfied. This was for my work phone, as I cannot justify paying exactly twice as much for the same plan or I would switch to Verizon for my personal phone as well.
