The people at Trust Auto provided me with the very best customer service I've ever experienced from any place, anywhere and that is in no way an exaggeration. About a month ago we purchased a 2011 Toyota RAV4 $1,500 cheaper than any other place we could find and when we told them we'd pay cash, they took an extra $250 off without us even asking. I used to buy all of my vehicles from Bobby Rahal, but after my last experience, our next used car purchase will be from Trust Auto Sales. I highly recommend them. I was on vacation with my family and we were returning home towing our 35ft travel trailer when it developed a problem on nearby US Rt15. I was loosing all power on the hills and I figured I'd better pull off the road before the problem got worse. Being almost 200 miles from home I obviously did know the area so I saw the car lot and pulled in figuring that there would be a mechanic.....I explained my situation to them and asked if they could help out. They were very courteous and accommodating with us........A couple of hours later I was back on the road and the price was very reasonable. (Unlike Clark Griswold) Based on what I saw that day I would consider them if you are looking for a used car.”
