“I had originally called John here at West shore auto for a look over on my car just to figure out what needs to be done within a hour I got call about everything we need to do today and for future work .
John was not only fully honest and gave me estimates on everything which beat alot of competitors prices. He full explained everything that we needed for the future in detail. He had fit me in for service that wasnt planned nd did a spectacular job,I had my rear brakes done for a lot cheaper then I was going to get them, originally I thought it was all 4 but John had assured me they're still good and gave me estimates on future work for amazing prices.Not only was John nd his team extremely fast and precise with their work their customer service skills really make this place shine over a lot of shops. “H&j towing picked me off of 76 eastbound at 11pm the tow truck driver Jim couldn’t have been more helpful extremely experienced at his job. Went above and beyond not to mention I have air ride blew my air compressor and we weren’t able to get the truck off the ground neatless to say he worked his majjic made it happen that way we didn’t have to take my entire bumper off.
