My son’s car was having trouble, and he’s at school several hours away from our hometown mechanic.
Team One took care of the issue and had him back on the road the same day. They were transparent, affordable, and easy to work with. Thankful to know we have someone nearby for repairs and maintenance.

Wonderful experience at Team One Auto, York rte 30 location. Reasonably priced, straightforward and Steve the manager there is great at communicating and is pleasant to talk to and helpful! I highly recommend and will certainly return.

We've been serving our 3 cars the past 3 years and been pleased with your services. The past service on our Kia was not properly handled because you failed to get preapproval from our warranty provider. I told Martha the warranty paperwork and phone # was on the passenger seat and need to be contacted to verify warranty coverage. No call was made and the service was completed. My husband spoke with Dave after he paid $444 for the service and said he would contact the warranty provider. Later he gave my husband a case# the provider gave for me to call. I called the provider who denied coverage because Team One did not call for the pre approval need to cover the repair. The repair that was completed was fully covered by the warranty. My husband called and spoke to Martha who was told to have Dave call my husband back to discuss. Dave never called back. We have disputed this charge with American Express. We are hopeful you understand our position and if so, we will continue to use your services.

Took my car in needing work. They fixed issues the 1st time, but left a gash on the dash when removing the panel. Picked it up and driving to work the next morning and engine light comes back on for another issue with the exhaust they just replaced. Had to pay to get that fixed. Just drove it home and there's a loud rattle sound from underneath the car. I'm at my wits end with this. My family and I will not be going back anymore. It's a shame because in the past they did good work.

Was heading out on vacation in one day and the check engine light came on. Called multiple shops to see if I could be seen, they were the only ones that understood and let me come in. What I thought was the issue turned out to be another cause. They fixed it for me that day.
They have won a new customer, Manager was awesome and polite!

Todd called with concerns about this marker light that kept going except for when it was in the shop. Thanks to him and his one mechanic for finding the smallest bulb that I have ever seen in a vehicle. Replaced that and all has been good. Thanks alot great customer service,that means alot

Driving up from Florida had some brake failure pulled off the highway and there they were next to Wendy’s. Gave them a call and they knew I needed help to get going asap so they asked to bring it right in and take a look. Figured the brakes all needed to be redone and an hour later all said and done back on the road like new much cheaper than going to Subaru. Great folks down at team1auto.

Recently moved into the state and needed to have my car inspected after registration. Team One Auto group was recommended by a friend and she was right. Got my car in quickly and the inspection was done quickly with no issues. I will be using Team One for all my futures car maintenance.

Took my wife's car in because it was shifting hard. They said they didn't notice any problems when they test drove it. Took my car in the following day and picked hers up. Immediately when I pulled out, it shifted hard again. Not sure how they couldn't notice that. My car was in for a wheel swap, and heat issues. I let them know it would heat fine to start, but the longer it ran, the less it would blow heat. They said they checked it and the heat was fine. It's not. Then when I picked up my car, all of my tires were down to 14 lbs! They didn't notice that? Walked right back in to have them top it off and got a stare down and attitude from one of the mechanics. Also had vibration at 50-60mph. Took it elsewhere for a rebalance only for them to show me the inside of my rear tires are almost down to the chords. Team one never said a word about that AND inspected and passed my car like that. Nice job boys. They've now lost 2 customers as this isn't the first time we haven't been happy with their service, just the worst.
UPDATE: Emailed the owner, per his request, over a month ago and still have heard nothing. Commenting on my review to try to make it look like they're resolving the issue is not a good look either.

New to the Dillsburg area. Took my car here because if positive reviews I read. I was not disappointed. Took my car in right away while I waited. Had it done in a reasonable time. Thank you Team One Auto for the professionalism you showed. I will be using you for future needs.

I like the shop but the invoice says our car got a courtesy check but no figures were given for all 4 brake linings when the tire rotation was done, which would have nice.
