You have the absolute worst accounts escalations department in history. You do absolutely nothing. You have cost me hundreds of dollars because YOU'VE completely screwed up my accounts, YOU'VE admitted to it, YOU'VE seen where YOUR errors are AND YOU CONTINUE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. This is the most incompetent, unprofessional, lazy, careless and useless department I've ever seen out of any company I've ever dealt with. From the original teller that started my complaint of the money YOU STOLE from me, which was so easy to prove and YOU could clearly see what happened, to the managers that "tried" to fix it, to the 2 other escalation workers who "tried" to fix it but only screwed it up more, to the escalation department worker I have now who seems to be able to do nothing except blame things on other departments of PNC. What started out as a $75 dollar mistake that YOU made has turned into a 5 month nightmare that has cost me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and YOU could care less. You're completely pathetic. So to sum up the incredibly horrible pathetic job that PNC has done, I've been working with you for about 5 months and you've done nothing except.... gotten me hundreds of dollars in fines from other companies. Gotten my EZ Pass suspended, which I have to use everyday and I can't now. Got me turned into collections because of your wrongdoing. And to top it all off you guys gave me a $15 fee today because I've been taking money out of my savings to try and fix all of your mistakes. If anyone at your company was even the slightest bit competent at their job or even cared the slightest bit, or if this incredibly easy screw up that you guys did 5 months ago was fixed properly the first time none of this would happen. But what do you guys care? You can do whatever you want and you have absolutely no consequences.

I love banking with PNC, but this branch has the WORST drive through service! Expect to be ignored or wait in line for at least 15 minutes to be served. Unfortunately, it's the only branch I pass regularly so I have to use it.
