I needed a brake repair and was recommended to call Mavis. Customer service was excellent, including fitting me into their schedule immediately. I received education about my options that someone who does not know much about cars could understand. The charges fit my budget and I was quickly and confidently on the road again.

Had a nail in tire while leaving for hunting trip. They took me in with no appointment. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their kindness and concern for me getting to hunting camp ..They patched tire and all is great..GREAT Customer Service !!!!! Will return when I need Tires.

Stopped in with a tractor wheel after a tire came off the rim and a hillside. They were great. Squeezed me in between jobs and got the tire remounted for me, and no charge!
Very kind helpful folks at Mavis- I recommend them highly and without reservation!

Had a slow leak in my tire that needed to get taken care of. Stopped by on a busy Saturday morning and expected to have to wait for most of the morning to get the work done. The service manager Chris was very helpful...had my oil changed at the same time and they didn't charge for the tire patch...got on with my day in about an hour of wait. Appreciate the service.

Great service and pricing. Updat fo 10/31/24 Chris and another gentleman there . Didn't catch his name. Both very professional and respectful. I called to see if I could stop in to get a tire balanced . Sure no problem, come on down.
I didn't interact with the shop crew
But i watched and they all really seemed to enjoy their job! Working hard , working together and just having fun. Just the way work should be. Hope it's like this everyday. Appreciate the help

My husband went to your shop on Tristan Dr Dillsburg with a problem with his front lights on his car.

A couple months ago I used Mavis to replace my tires, and had such a good experience that after driving over a large screw and my tire going flat I knew just where to go! The staff is nice and friendly and even after being informed they only had 2 employees working today, I watched them both working fast and efficiently to get my car in and out within a half hour. No hidden fees, they weren’t pushy with products or services and I felt like I will now always go to Mavis for any tire needs in the future. I would and already have recommended Mavis to others. I always have a pleasant experience with them.
