I was 5 min late for a post surgical follow up after driving 30 min for the appointment and they turned me away. My last appointment, they made me wait 15 min past my appointment time and then “forgot” about me being in the room after seeing the doctor…for another 15 min.

Called for a refill for meds. 2 days before I'm out they say I have to get urine test because I'm on a controlled substance. Got urine test, have waited over a week and I still don't have my meds. Starting to get minor withdrawal. Nobody called to tell me Emily left, the NP I see. I could have made other inquiries. Did the dr even look at my chart before she denied meds? Or does she not understand how these meds work? I was subscribed these meds for a legit reason. Who is sheto make the decision for me to go off them cold turkey?

To say I'm disappointed in this place would be an understatement. Tried to get my son seen today for an ongoing illness. Not only is his doctor not there today, but there are NO PROVIDERS IN THE OFFICE TODAY. How do you run a doctor office and have no doctors available?I could write a book about the lousy experience we've had with Wallower, but let's just say, today takes the cake, and I will absolutely be pulling my kids from this practice.

I was very fortunate to have Debbie answer my call today. My son is very sick and a non-patient, but she listened and assisted me by getting me transferred to a 10 star gal Destiny at the Holy Spirit Covid Line who clearly has incredible customer service skills. My son was scheduled for a 9:30 am appointment at the Covid tent and saw a Doctor. As I suspected Strep Throat! Covid test done because of everyone s paranoid about it. You can’t just be sick these days. These ladies clearly care about people and health !!! 10 Stars to them !! Keep in mind I made lots of calls yesterday and no one would see my son without a Covid test first. Grateful to Debbie and Destiny

My hole family comes here and I love the girls at the front desk. My son (7yr) jokes and talks the girls ear off and are good with him. I love the Dr's as well they listen and do a good job. Thank you all for all you do. ☺️

We went here for our anatomy scan at the imaging center and we had the best experience. The receptionist was very sweet, and our ultrasound tech was amazing. Personable, funny, and did a fantastic job. You can tell that she loves what she does. Would highly recommend.

Nurses are rude. Doctors refuse to help you, and only want your money for the visit even though you don’t receive proper care. I had gone in with flu-like symptoms and could barely breathe. This doctors office sent me home saying it was just a normal “flu virus.” Two days later, I was hospitalized with pneumonia. All of that could have been prevented had they take the time to actually give me proper care. If I could give them zero stars then I would.

Been a patient here for years (unfortunately) and have had at least a dozen experiences both in office and over the phone where "reception" area was very rude. More than just one of these women in check-in have given me attitude or made rude comments. Two of these cases my mother was along for an appointment for my child and asked a question where the lady was extremely rude to her and treated her as if she was stupid. Have literally watched them roll their eyes at patients. Long wait times. Always. Over an hour wait, past my scheduled appointment time, just to have my daughter vaccinated by a nurse. Nurses have also been rude to me as well. I don't know what makes them think that type of behavior is okay, but it is not. If there were another office in the area that took my insurance, I would switch immediately.
